Anyone looking for something beyond pizza, pasta, or bread with ham and/or cheese will find pretzels, bratwurst, and currywurst here. Unfortunately, W11 isn't located in South Tyrol—and you can definitely taste it. If you're craving sauerkraut, you can go there; the food this restaurant chain serves isn't bad. However, despite the attentive service, I can't really recommend it.

The restaurant's layout perfectly captures the overall impression. Honestly, we came in after a book presentation in the Veratti room because we were late and had no other options. We had Swiss steaks (a burger can't be mentioned), which we asked for almost raw and arrived almost overcooked; a grilled sausage platter; a tagliata that wasn't there was transformed into a fillet that wasn't there (good, but sirloin and always overcooked). For peace of mind, since I was with guests, I skipped it, but the very kind girl serving me understood. The wine list was very limited and overpriced. The only positive thing was the waitress, friendly and professional. One question: how can you put up a sign like that with an interior with extraordinary ceilings?

If you're looking for something different with unusual flavors, this is the place. The service was quick and very friendly. The place has decorations related to the cuisine and even a working cuckoo clock. I really liked it!

On the contrary, what you see on the menu is exactly what you get at your table, without any strange surprises or "creative" portions. And that alone is a huge plus. The taste is surprising. We tried practically everything, and every dish was exquisite, with full, bold, authentic flavors. You can taste the genuine pursuit of Tyrolean and Bavarian cuisine behind it, not just a randomly revisited version. The atmosphere is warm and super familiar, making you feel immediately at ease. The attention to detail is also evident, like the staff dressed in traditional attire, which makes the experience even more immersive and unique. It's a perfect place to spend a pleasant evening, whether as a couple or with friends. It's also ideal for a different kind of aperitif: a nice beer, a few samples of their dishes, and the evening flies by like a dream. An additional note, not to be taken for granted. Even those who aren't fans of sausages or more "rich" fare will find alternatives like sliced ​​steak, fillet steak, and more classic dishes. That said, it would be a shame not to indulge in their selection of traditional dishes. In such a unique place, it's worth experiencing it to the fullest. Highly recommended.
