We went to Würsteria11 for lunch and we would definitely go back next time we come to Varese. The sausages are really high quality, tasty but light, and the pretzel used as bread for the hot dogs is a stroke of genius: soft on the inside, crunchy on the outside. The French fries have a hint of spices that makes them unique, and you don't even feel the oil The Rosti are fantastic, especially the ones with speck l. The combinations are well thought out, not obvious, and you can feel that there is care behind them. The owner was very kind and very friendly, which is rare and always appreciated (he also offered us coffee in beautiful cups) The place has a relaxed atmosphere, which makes you enjoy the experience even more. We walked past the restaurant several times and were always intrigued. Nice and welcoming place with open kitchen. Attractive and typical Alpine details. We took an alpine cutting board, exquisite. Followed by a raclette rosti with speck and a raclette plate... both excellent. Friendly and attentive service! Highly recommended!!

Locale fenomenale!!!! Ormai sono 6 mesi che andiamo con assiduità a mangiare al W11 e ci siamo trovati ogni volta super bene. Accoglienza top, come sentirsi a casa, cibo ottimo, rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente. I ragazzi sono tutti bravissimi, dalle cameriere ai cuochi. Federico e Marco sono persone qualificate che sanno davvero come rapportarsi ai clienti. È il nostro posto preferito a Varese, come sentirsi a casa.

Prima volta in questo locale:arredato semplicemente e carino, il personale molto simpatico e attento. Abbiamo mangiato piatto raclette, rosti vegetariano (ci sono diverse alternative vegetariane) e panino con hamburger tutto molto buono. Ci torneremo
