We arrived very late but were looked after with great service. My wife had the best gluten free pasta she’s ever had and the traditional pasta was superb. Outstanding.

Another sublime dinner! Antipasto volo, spaghetti carbonara and pistachio crusted beef nocetta plus a creme brulée and two glasses of white wine dieci anni verdeca!!! Everything is extraordinary! The best cuisine we hv had in our several trips to italy!!!!!

Stopped by the guide du routard macarons...we were right to do so! Perfect and generous fillet of beef...excellent antipasti, warm welcome. In short, a great time for the taste buds.

Spectacular dinner experience at Volo Restaurant. Excellent wine. Unforgettable burrata. Pasta. Desserts. Excellent location, impeccable service, and a great atmosphere. I recommend it! Don't hesitate to eat here. It was the best meal in Pulía.

Ristorante da visitare per gustare buoni piatti locali, ben amalgamati con buone materie prime, dall'antipasto al dolce. Ottimo anche il Primitivo di Manduria, corposo e avvolgente. Personale attento e professionale. Prezzi adeguati al locale e al posto. Simpatica la titolare, a cui piace viaggiare e da qui il nome del locale.

30/06/2025: Value for money beyond our expectations, both for the high quality of the food, and the excellent comfort, space and hygiene of the rooms and the beautiful swimming pool with hydromassage!!!
12/06/2025: We stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and clean. The staff was always helpful to answer any questions for activities and things to do and nice. The pool was good to have a dip in and clean. Loved our stay
