Dinner at Vintage1997 last night: a truly superb experience, made unforgettable by our waiter Michele.
With his elegance and charming smile, Michele welcomed us with impeccable professionalism. Always attentive and discreet, he expertly guided us through the menu and wines, demonstrating rare expertise. In addition to his good looks, what is striking is his ability to make the service not only efficient but also pleasantly engaging.
Michele transformed our dinner into a special moment. Kudos to Vintage1997 for such an exceptional team! We will be back soon.

3 of us came to this restaurant last year. The service was impeccable and the staff very kind. Regarding the dishes, we enjoyed ourselves! Adequate portions and no complaints about value for money. For a restaurant mentioned in the Michelin guide, it is more than affordable.
Regarding the atmosphere, the restaurant lives up to its name!

We went there for my son's birthday. This restaurant is always a certainty, tranquility, kindness and excellent cuisine make it a point of reference. I highly recommend it. We will be back soon.

You don't go to Vintage 1997 to see the plate smoking under a glass bell jar. You go there to feel pampered, to eat "like we used to eat" - but at the highest technical level.

Este es un restaurante de lujo, el servicio es bueno, la comida es buena, el vino es uniformemente caro. Pero de alguna manera, la cocina carecía del factor sorpresa que esperaba de un Michelin de una estrella. No me malinterpretes, no hay nada malo con la cocina, solo le falta algo para elevarla al nivel sobresaliente que uno debería esperar. Lo sentimos, hay mejores restaurantes Bibgourmand en Turín que cocinan mejor y ofrecen mejor relación calidad-precio, incluso si no tienen el brillo de este lugar.

Menu luna park. Un piacevole viaggio tra pesce e verdure, con qualità delle materie prima ottima e piatti presentati benissimo. 4 antipasti, un primo e un secondo. Spiccano il crudo di mare (ordinabile anche alla carta), l'antipasto Sinestesia, e il tonno di secondo. Chiude un assaggio di diversi dolci. Dentro è molto vintage (ma piacevole e accogliente), da dare una rinfrescata al bagno. Servizio attento. In definitiva super promosso, da tornare per provare un menu piemontese.
