Local located in Piazza Solferino, a stone's throw from the center.
We had lunch with the "small vintage menu" option at a cost of €30 per person (drinks not included).
I ate a fabulous vitello tonnato, it melted in your mouth, and was really super delicate.
The tajarin with meat sauce are equally good, a pleasure to make.
To conclude there is the dessert, ice cream made by them with custard and puff pastry, divine; the only flaw was the amaretto, personally I don't like it, but it was enough to separate it from the rest.
The service was impeccable.
I really appreciated the presence of sanitary pads in the bathroom.

Excellent lunch, with a €30 fixed menu consisting of veal with tuna sauce, tajarin with meat sauce and vanilla ice cream (photo). Only drinks excluded. Total cost, for two, €63.
Balanced veal with tuna sauce, very soft and a good portion.
Very light and tasty Tajarin of the day, in a rich and tasty ragù accompanied by a sprinkling of quality parmesan.
Vanilla ice cream accompanied by biscuit and amaretto, fresh and excellent to finish the meal.
The place is elegantly furnished and a little dated. The staff is attentive and helpful, as well as kind and smiling.

Ristorante frequentato diverse volte nell’arco degli anni con luci e ombre. La stella è un po’ generosa cibo nella norma senza sussulti al palato.Mentre il personale è molto gentile il proprietario lo è meno con un atteggiamento antipatico di supponenza. Oggi la differenza in un locale la fa la l’accoglienza la simpatia e soprattutto la cortesia

Excellent experience, the dishes offered are typical of Piedmontese cuisine, those with an authentic flavour. We were very happy with the service, very friendly, I was happy to come here for the first time, I will be back.

Abbiamo preso il pranzo veloce di pesce. Il prezzo di 30 euro è senz’altro onesto, ma le portate sono state nel complesso mediocri: anonimo l’antipasto, buono il pane integrale di accompagnamento, buono il primo con baccalà, ma molto mediocre il dessert.
Quanto al servizio uno dei camerieri, che ha l’aria di essere il caposala, è anche piuttosto scortese e villano.

An experience to remember, we chose the local menu in this very characteristic place, comfortable environment and professional staff.
Each dish had its own well-defined flavor given by the great quality of the ingredients
Obviously the prices are high but once you taste the dishes you immediately understand why
Best of, Tajarin 40 egg yolks and Torinese!
