I celebrated my 18th birthday at Villa Mirador, and I'd like to share my experience. I chose Sala Roberta for my special day, a room that was impeccable to say the least. The decor, by Orazio Patanè, was also impeccable, and the dishes were perfect and delicious. Special mention goes to one of the owners, Mr. Michele was very helpful throughout the entire preparations, yet the evening was almost completely ruined by terrible entertainment. In fact, the evening could have easily ended at 11:00 if it hadn't been for me, who had planned everything down to the smallest detail. There wasn't even time to clear one dish before another arrived immediately afterward. When I asked both the maître d' and the entertainment staff to slow down, they completely ignored me. In fact, dinner started at 9:40 and ended at 11:00 (a dinner consisting of a buffet, appetizer, two first courses, and one second course). By 11:00, we had already reached or was close to the cake. I would like to point out that even before the birthday party began, I had told the entertainment staff and a gentleman in the dining room that I didn't want the birthday party to go by quickly, yet my request was not granted. I'd like to focus on the entertainment, which, as far as I'm concerned, is a total waste of money. In fact, the first complaint came as soon as I entered the room. A dear friend of mine gave the USB stick with the video to the DJ and the entertainer, and they immediately started systematically complaining about the length of the latter (25 minutes). Subsequently, the discontent continued. In fact, when I asked to slow down, they replied, "Oh, we can't stay here all night," at 10:30. Furthermore, the entertainer wasn't at all involved. I asked for dances from groups of their choice, and the entertainer didn't even bother to show us the dances, assuming we knew them. I don't think this is professional entertainment, or at least at no other 18th birthday party I've been to has it ever been done as ineffectively as at mine. I believe that customers deserve better treatment, since these are all events that I, like all of us, have been waiting for for years or months and the fact that the latter should be ruined by unprofessional people is certainly not ideal, in fact, for the whole evening I felt as if they wanted to send me away, I am sorry to write this review because, as already said, Mr. Michele, the room, the chef etc. were excellent and impeccable in everything, I hope that they can soon improve this aspect as all the others are taken care of down to the smallest details.

I attended two events, one for my 18th and one for my 25th, and we had amazing food. The venue was spotless and the staff were very friendly. The location was ideal and beautiful.

On Saturday, October 11, 2025, my now-husband, Brandon, and I celebrated our wedding at your venue. Aside from the initial confusion in the months leading up to the planning, and then on the day itself, the manager—I believe her name was Mara—had written that the civil ceremony would take place at 4:30 PM when it was scheduled for 4:00 PM, everything else went very smoothly. I'd like to thank everyone, especially the head waiter, Mr. Davide, who gave us so much advice and was always there for us. Of course, we thank all the Mirador staff. The only thing I can say is this: when you start a project with someone in charge, make sure they stay the same. Can I explain why? Future spouses, with this back-and-forth, feel insecure. With this advice, I hope no one gets hurt. All things considered, I wholeheartedly give five stars.

The place has been made welcoming and well-furnished with excellent furnishings. The food is good quality and the service is fast, performed by competent staff.

A fabulous location, with beautiful, independent rooms where you can celebrate events in elegance and complete privacy... top-notch service and food, excellent in every way, from the table setting to the presentation and quality of the dishes served with professionalism by an impeccable staff. Ci siamo sposati il 10 maggio 2025 a villa Mirador tutto da sogno, una vera favola, il pranzo è stata un'esperienza sofisticata e culinare, cibo fresco, ben cucinato e servito. Anche la torta e il buffet di dolci buonissimi. La location è molto bella e curata per fare delle foto spettacolari. La sala scelta è stata sala Gloria con una pista da ballo che si trasforma in una fontana e giochi d'acqua per il ballo degli sposi. Un costo extra importante ma sicuramente lascia gli ospiti sbalorditi. Una pecca è stata riscontrata sia da noi sposi che da gli ospiti: Abbiamo pagato € 600 per la musica con Dj e l'animatore (2 ragazzi che mai abbiamo incontrato prima del 10/05/2025 perché espressamente negato dalla direzione con "banali scuse". abbiamo ballato solo 1 ora (balli solo da discoteca) e l'animazione è stata molto insoddisfacente. Ci hanno fatto fare solo 1 gioco di intrattenimento. L'animatore ha proposto a suo gusto un gioco a domande aperte tipo interrogatorio ai testimoni...lo scopo era quello se davvero conoscono gli sposi. Al parere di noi sposi gioco banale, imbarazzante e di poco effetto coinvolgente. Mio cugino voleva cantare una canzone per dedicarla agli sposi e il dj animatore gli ha detto NO non si può. Le mie damigelle volevano organizzare un ballo divertente e coinvolgente e gli stato negato dall' animatore rispondendo, non si può perché il nostro lavoro è terminato (erano passate 4 ore e avevamo da poco finito di mangiare il pranzo e la torta). Gli accordi erano ben altri, Michele ci avevo assicurato che potevamo rimanere in sala fino a sera tardi. Tutto questo perché ci è stato negato di avere un contatto con l'animazione e concordare giochi e musica preventivamente nei giorni prima del matrimonio. La direzione amministrativa su questo aspetta è stata molto superficiale. Non ha dato modo di contrattare e determinare il momento giochi, svago e ballo... Il Dj e l'animatore l'abbiamo conosciuto quando siamo arrivati in sala e non avevo nessuna idea del loro operato. La riuscita di un buon matrimonio NON è solo mangiare e abbuffarsi ma al nostro parere e anche divertimento. Sia noi sposi che gli invitati sono rimasti delusi dall' animazione di sala frettolosa. Delusi anche perché i tavoli sono stati sparecchiati velocemente e gli invitati sono stati fatti accomodare al bar come dire ciao ciao è terminato tutto andate in pace. Erano passate solo 6 ore Ora di arrivo degli sposi ore 15.00 Ora di fine evento ore 21.00 Considerando che il cibo da consumare era enorme con i tempi previsti per farlo. 3 ore per mangiare e 3 ore tra ballo, fuochi d'artificio, suddivisione bomboniere, video proiezione e saluti finale. Tutto sommato buon cibo, discreti i prezzi, tanti servizi extra a pagamento. La direzione ci ha regalato un cofanetto con bottiglia di spumante e 2 calici con i nomi personalizzati molto carini ringraziamo molto ❤️ Il pasticcere un gran signore ha regalato alla sposa una torta che mi piaceva moltissimo: la Red Velvet 2 kg di torta circa da portare a casa che ho gustato in tutta tranquillità!
