21/12/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, due to a reservation error, and I was glad for that mistake, because otherwise I wouldn't have discovered this place. The chef explains his dishes and prepares them with all his passion, using excellent ingredients. You'll find unique and diverse dishes, and this probably makes it not for everyone, but for those who want to discover more. Everything is done slowly; the chef tends to just a few tables, which makes for a calm, relaxed, and quiet atmosphere. Having a Christmas dinner with friends, being able to chat calmly without hearing the stories coming from other tables, is a precious thing. Go there, you won't regret it.
