The hotel location is great and the hotel staff are great. I was annoying them because of a breakdown in my rental car and they were helping me with everything. Thank you.

Great location. Train right outside. We even walked back from the cathedral in the evening. No problem. A detour through the Navagli district.

It's a good place to stay for a few days, but not a whole week. The breakfast simply isn't varied enough for that. We also had some noise from our neighbors in the hotel, such as their cell phones and the TV. We found this a shame, as Booking.com claims the sound insulation is excellent. Otherwise, the room was fine. Regarding the service, we had no complaints about the cleaners or the breakfast staff. Reception, on the other hand, had a mild attitude, except for the youngest girl, who was very friendly. However, upon checkout, we were told we had to pay for bicycles we hadn't used. This was a mistake by reception. And one minor point: the outdoor alarm looks like it caught a few bullets. Otherwise, the security is good, with a gated area.

I give 4 stars for the service only for the breakfast part, I expected a little more organization of service... for the rest fantastic friendliness

We had a wonderful stay at Versoverde Hotel in Milan. Everything was excellent – the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially with giving us information about the city and how to use public transportation. The girls at the reception and in the restaurant were especially friendly and welcoming. The hotel offered a gluten-free menu, which was a big plus. Everything was clean and tidy, and our room was spacious, with a lovely terrace. The location is solid – a bit outside the city center, but with a tram stop just a few steps away, it was easy to get around. Our car was safely parked within the hotel grounds, under a covered area. Overall, we felt very comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay. A big thank you to the staff – they truly made our experience memorable. We highly recommend this hotel!

Located on the Navigli, the structure is very well-kept in every detail, from the rooms to the breakfast. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Excellent experience. I will definitely return.

Hotel bellissimo e luminoso. Stanza favolosa, dotata di ogni comfort e molto pulita. Personale gentile e accogliente. Colazione di qualità, molto curata, sia salata che dolce. Consigliatissimo. Anche per una passeggiata lungo il Naviglio. E per una visita alla vicina chiesa di San Cristoforo, restaurata di recente.
