This place was recommended by a local. The place is really cool. I don’t recommend the salads for starters, they are big to share but nothing special. Homemade pastas are good, the meat plates are also good but the meat was too cooked (really good potatoes). Nice wine and the best of the meal was the desserts! Best tiramisu that we had in Italy (different from the standard recipe) and the chocolate cake (similar to a petit gateau) was really really good!

Today, on our way back from the lake, we stopped in Brescia. We stopped at this beautiful, quaint restaurant. The staff was really friendly and the food was excellent! I highly recommend it.

We stumbled upon the restaurant by chance, and there was a really long line... we thought, who knows, the food will be good, but yes, the set menus are only for tourists.
If you're in Brescia, I highly recommend it!!!
Wait in line, they don't take reservations, the food is excellent, and the owner and his wife are very kind. The atmosphere is very special. Thank you 🙏🏻 I've never had casoncelli before, it was our first time, they were very good. I also recommend the apple dessert, unique but delicious.

Delicious! Octopus, sliced beef with baked potatoes, casoncelli a la Bresciana, beef a la Guinness polenta, tiramisu a la Vasco! Everything was delicious! Reception, kitchen service, everything perfect!
