We had a wonderful dinner in Varenna. The service was on point, and the atmosphere felt relaxed and authentic. The pasta with smoked fish was surprisingly good! The Aperol Spritz was perfectly made, and the desserts were delicious. Highly recommended!

This little gem was hidden in an alley next to all the tourist traps, so incredibly good food!! Tasty and yummy pasta and the burrata was so creamy 😍 nice view too if you get one of the tables on the outdoor terrace.

Truly spectacular food, with good service and (if you are lucky enough to get an outdoor table) a delightful view down the alley to the lake. Good quality table linen and a spotless, well equipped toilet add a little extra touch.

Cogimos el ferry de Argegno a Varenna, que es bastante barato. Definitivamente necesito buenos zapatos para caminar como un montón de caminos irregulares. Solo un paisaje muy hermoso y tantos lugares agradables para almorzar. Pasamos 4-5 horas explorando. No te decepcionará Varenna.

20/07/2025: It's worth walking past just to admire the centuries-old wisteria at the entrance. Excellent food. Impeccable service. Beautiful restaurant (and clean bathrooms). Make an extra effort for the desserts. I'll be back again.
02/07/2025: The restaurant offers both pizza and cuisine, with a typical mountain menu, simple in preparation, good taste. It's a shame, however, that there is not even a fish dish.

24/08/2025: The pub has improved a lot in terms of service. The new waitresses are much better than I remembered. The burgers are delicious as always; I had the one with pesto and it was truly exceptional. The fries are delicious, and the beer is very good. I'd say it's excellent.
