A nice restaurant, up on the mountain in Tuscany between Florence and Siena. Nice friendly attentive staff. The memory card is small but fine, very good wines. La dolce vita.

Small jewel nestled among the woods and Chianti vineyards... then during dinner you can enjoy a wonderful sunset!

The restaurant is nestled in the small village of Sicelle, has a large car park accessible via a dirt road that can even be traveled by cars that are quite low to the ground. The environment is super welcoming, I really appreciated the simplicity, love and passion it conveyed. The menu is offered between the pages of a booklet of typical recipes (fantastic idea), abundant mixed Tuscan platter, the Tuscan crostini was really special, very good first courses, good house wine as well as very good desserts. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We ate lunch here as a family of four and it was one of the best meals we’ve had in Tuscany. The staff were very good, helpful and spoke amazing English (we are embarrassed that we need this but sadly we do!). Slightly different dishes than the norm, beautiful pasta - the lasagnetta was a highlight. Will definitely return.

Love this place!! Food is soooo good (coccoli a must) and it’s beautiful! Italy at its best. Highly recommended.
