Fantastic place and top-notch cuisine. We reserved Friday for lunch at the last moment and chef Diego was very kind, welcoming us after closing time and serving us a complete lunch without rushing us, even though he was alone and had the place fully booked for the evening.

If you want to taste real Umbrian cuisine, this restaurant is the right choice. The chef creates culinary works of art from simple products. All this in a homely atmosphere. I sincerely recommend it.

Sublime food! I enjoyed everything, from the starter to the dessert. The Chef welcomed us and recommended the various dishes. The environment is small but very well kept. An experience definitely worth repeating

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and can only highly recommend it. The quality of the raw materials is excellent, and each dish is prepared with care and passion. In addition to the quality of the cuisine, I was struck by the professionalism of the staff, always attentive and helpful, and by the friendliness that made the atmosphere even more pleasant. A big plus is also the attention to different dietary needs: the menu offers an excellent choice for vegans, without ever giving up taste and creativity. A culinary experience that combines authentic flavors and impeccable hospitality. I can't wait to return.

Ambiente famigliare piccolino, in castello del 1090, ristrutturato, connubio tra la cucina gourmet e di sapori del territorio. Lo Chef Diego ha interagito , consigliato nella scelta delle pietanze con simpatia. Non è il classico ristorante da turisti, lo consiglio, sicuramente tornerò.

Il posto é piccolo ma molto carino in un piccolo borgo stupendo . Il cibo molto buono , pasta fatta in casa . Ledegustazioni sono giuste non ci si alza con la fame . Un oo lenti nel servizio .. ho visto che il cuoco serve anche quindi sono all'inizio piano piano si organizzeranno meglio . Non do 5 stelle perché il proprietario ci é risultato un po pesante per tutta la "scena" che presenta, soprattutto per chi si vuole godere una cena in tranquillità. Ripeto però cibo ottimo

30/01/2025: If I could give it a 100 I would. The chef cooks with passion and excellently, giving the dishes a modern twist with original and very successful combinations. Good assortment of wines, even by the glass. The dishes are well plated on large white plates and pleasing to the eye. We had excellent cold cuts, excellent and original first courses, super good second courses, and what can I say... good desserts. The equipment is directly on the tables which are decorated, you almost don't notice that you don't have a tablecloth, very nice. The service is attentive, courteous and unobtrusive. I chose well for my birthday...I was satisfied, and they were kind enough to bring me dessert with candles to blow out....thank you. We will see each other soon.
13/01/2025: We had dinner, everything was very good but it wasn't new to me, I had already been to them in Cascia. A special thank you from my son who has several food allergies and was finally able to eat something other than pasta with tomato sauce and a plate of ham! He was very satisfied. Already when booking the table I was asked if there was anyone allergic or intolerant and I guarantee you that it doesn't happen often! Congratulations to both the kitchen and the girls in the dining room, keep it up!!!

26/01/2025: In the end you feel at home, Federico is truly the absolute number one... with an excellent staff who follows him!! The dishes are always new and truly unique, a real delight for the palate, if you are sad and go to work your happiness will come back!! Typical and traditional cuisine Each dish is better than the other from start to finish, never banal but always sensational!! For me the best place on Foligno
24/01/2025: Upon entering you immediately feel the right atmosphere, like a tavern. The food is excellent and the cuisine on offer changes every week, paying attention to the territory and raw materials. Pigeon is their trademark, it's how my grandmother made it. There is no lack of love for music, which made me nothing but happy. When I pass through Foligno I will definitely return to try the first courses.
