The interior of the restaurant is very charming. Not many tables, cozy atmosphere. It mainly offers local products, the dishes were divine (we are vegetarians) with very fine truffle appetizers (no taste of truffle oil), simple but quality products and super well prepared (incredible truffle egg). Broccoli dish with parmesan and cocoa sauce is excellent as well as the pasta with aglione (large garlic). Very friendly owner and staff! In our top 3 restaurants in Perugia and the surrounding area, the most original in terms of the types of dishes on offer.

The perfect place to fully experience the atmosphere of this part of Umbria, located on a narrow pedestrian street in this village. Excellent cuisine, especially cured meats and pastas carefully and locally made (the cured meats and torta al testo are truly superb). The wine list is thoughtfully focused on the local area, with plenty of curiosities to choose from.

All very good and with attention to detail

I discovered this restaurant by chance, only because I'm celiac, and practically the entire menu here is gluten-free: wonderful!!! The food is truly excellent, authentic, carefully prepared, and refined in its simplicity. Diego, the chef/manager, is a pleasant, kind, attentive, and friendly person. And, to top it all off, the tables set in the alleys of the castle... they really add an extra touch!!! Highly recommended for celiacs and non-celiacs alike!

Locale prenotato dai miei colleghi , all’inizio ero scettico ma mi sono ricreduto . Lo Chef del locale che è anche il gestore e’ una persona estroversa , simpatica e molto disponibile , attenta alle necessità del cliente. Il locale è carino, arredato in uno stile rustico ma non povero. Il menù è ampio e i prodotti tutti freschissimi sono principalmente a Km zero , provenienti da allevamenti e produttori locali . Le paste tutte artigianali , vengono preparate da loro . Ottimo il mix degustazione antipasti , eccellente l’agnello scottadito , ben cotto ma tenerissimo . Ampia la carta dei vini che ben si accostano su suggerimento del titolare alle portate servite . Solo un piccolo appunto da fare sui bagni che per quanto puliti e in ordine credo andrebbero ristrutturati e rivisti per essere in linea con quanto detto . Conto in linea con quanto mangiato .
