U' Curdunn In Locorotondo

I don't normally write reviews, but this restaurant truly deserves it. I was out with my wife and dog and we stumbled upon this place by chance. They found us a seat even though it was 2:30 PM and the place was packed. The waiters were all incredibly kind, fast, helpful, and always smiling. They even gave our dog special treatment, even bringing her a towel so she wouldn't be on the floor. Every course was wonderful, from the appetizers to the first and second courses: fresh, expertly prepared local products, an excellent selection of local wines, and to finish, their homemade cantucci biscuits were out of this world. The quality/price ratio was unmatched. Our recommendation, if you're in the area with your pets, go there—you won't regret it!

The restaurant is small and’s have tables on the street, where we had site. We started with the famous Parmeggiana, delicious but I missed the picture. Then we had a pasta with ragu and mix grill, all perfect. To finish e shared a tiramisu with an unforgivable flavor. Definitely, I recommend this place.

The place seems hype, good welcome, if you have not booked, not corresponding to the principles encountered in Italy, the cuisine wants to play it but nothing very wow, rushed service, very noisy, poor value for money

Good atmosphere in this restaurant. Too bad the phone wasn't working, so there was no Google Translate, which led to a mistake in our order. Nevertheless, the server agreed to take back the dish we ordered.

An excellent restaurant nestled in the charming alleys of Locorotondo, where dining is a delight; the dishes are prepared with passion and respect for local traditions. The U Curdunn appetizer is a tasty and generous selection of the flavors of this region: fried vegetables, meatballs and cod, parmigiana, grilled caciocavallo, sausages stewed with cardoncelli mushrooms, Martina Franca capocollo, pancetta, mozzarella knots, and burrata...in short, this alone would be enough for dinner! The traditional grilled skewer with lamb, pork, sausage, bombette, and torcinelli is also special; it's truly a spectacle. The wines we tasted were excellent, the service was perfect (the young waiter was extraordinary), and the final bill was impeccable: need we say more?

Despite a wedding that kept them quite busy, the service, at least in our case, was more than top-notch. The very young and enthusiastic young man who looked after us for the evening proved so skilled he seemed far more experienced than his age. The appetizer at U curdunn costs €25 per person, but when you get all those courses, each more delicious than the last, they seem more than fair, almost too few. The grill, composed of traditional local cuts and varieties, was juicy and flavorful. A beautiful place, you can feel the passion.

We experienced a real culinary mecca. A restaurant in the heart of the old town, full of positive energy, tradition and flavors. Excellent local wine and atmosphere. This is one of the must-see destinations in Puglia. P.s. they have one of the best tiramisu desserts around, worth trying. Unfortunately, there are no pictures of the food because we forgot to take pictures because we were too enchanted by the hospitality and we were hungry😁

Sono stata in questo ristorante il primo maggio con un gruppo di amici, valuto positivamente ogni contesto, cibo ottimo dagli antipasti al dolce, abbiamo gradito l’entree con crudite e focaccia pugliese. Personale e proprietari gentilissimi e accoglienti. Ci vedremo presto

Excellent restaurant: très bon accueil et cuisine typique de la bon région. La salle est très agréable et la terrasse semble tout autant agréable en dehors du passage. Je recommande.
