Trovatore In Venezia

The cheesecake is super delicious. The light, slightly sour cheese and the unique texture of the pie crust are complemented by the sugar granules.

A good choice and the tiramisu is delicious.

Seafood pasta was so good, the mussels had that salty sea taste and pasta not too soft not too hard, just fine. Pizza looked simple but crust thin and cheese with prosciutto worked nice together, maybe a bit oily but tasty. Place felt cozy, bit crowded with tourists but still some italian charm hanging in the air, hard to explain. Prices, well, not cheap ofc, but for Venice I guess normal, you kind of pay also for where you are sitting. Staff smiled, sometimes looked in rush, one waiter had a blue shirt half untucked, but food came without waiting crazy long. I keep thinking maybe next time try another pasta, felt authentic enough.

Simple restaurant but good food, good service.

We ordered pizza to take away, after paying for the order we were told to wait outside in the rain even though the restaurant was 20% full.

I had the pleasure of dining at this Italian restaurant and the experience was decidedly positive. The atmosphere is welcoming and meticulously crafted, with decor that evokes tradition without being overbearing. The staff was courteous and helpful, always ready to recommend the daily specials and accommodate special requests.

Quando torno a Venezia per qualche evento torno anche nei posti dove mi sono trovato bene e in occasione del Redentore sono tornato al Trovatore dove mi sento a casa arrivederci a presto

Venerdì 11 aprile, arrivati a Venezia abbiamo cercato un posto in cui mangiare in 20 e ci ha ispirato da subito questo ristorante. Il buon cibo, l'accoglienza, la gentilezza e la professionalità del personale sono il loro biglietto da visita. Abbiamo mangiato un ottimo primo allo scoglio, un secondo di pesce con contorno e un dolce, il tutto accompagnato da vino ottimo. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti a tal punto che siamo tornati, sempre in 20, anche il giorno dopo e la cena è stata ancora più succulenta del giorno prima con degli ottimi antipasti di mare, frittura di pesce strepitosa, dolce, amari caffè e vino. Un grazie particolare al gentilissimo e simpaticissimo direttore Dimenico e al carinissimo e tanto disponibile cameriere Sebastiano. Quando torneremo a Venezia sappiamo già dove andare mangiare.
