Tritus Spaghetteria In Sassari

We ordered a dish of the day (a calamarata with bottarga and clams) and a plain seafood risotto. Both dishes were very well prepared. The house white wine was a pleasant surprise, releasing aromas of ripe fruit. The service was impeccable, with a piping hot focaccia served, included in the cover charge.

Even though the restaurant was packed, even on a Sunday lunch, we didn't even have time to finish our order before the dishes were already on the table! A varied menu, something for all tastes! Fresh, freshly prepared dishes, with generous portions. Elegant and well-kept restaurant, courteous and professional service! Superb value! Highly recommended

The overall experience was decent, but with its ups and downs. The meat wasn't particularly flavorful or tender, and the fries were too greasy, probably because they were cooked in less-than-fresh oil. The accompanying focaccia, however, was a positive: it was truly delicious, fragrant, and well-seasoned. Overall, a place that could improve significantly with a little more attention to the quality and cooking of the main dishes.

Everything is exquisite, from the pizza with its crispy crust, to the melt-in-the-mouth tuna, to the octopus, simply exceptional. You can sense the passion, quality, and desire to amaze behind every preparation. They have wines from Tenute Olbios; I suggest the "Lupus in Fabula," perfect for pairing with good fish. In short, Tritus is one of those places you always want to return to, because you know you'll eat well, be pampered, and have a special evening.
