I was lucky enough to get to know this place, its chef Massimo and his cuisine thanks to a couple of dear friends. What can I say: a truly ecstatic culinary experience! Each course is a wonder for the palate: balanced flavors that respect and enhance a raw material of excellent quality. Massimo is the flagship of this restaurant: he loves his job and transmits all his love to his customers through his dishes. Friendly staff, prepared and attentive to every need, bright, chic and super comfortable environment.

We had dinner at this restaurant in Forte dei Marmi. Not bad cuisine (curry and shrimp soup is average) pasta with seafood (very small amount of seafood and a lot of oil) The atmosphere is also mediocre. The service was good, but we had to be reminded several times that we wanted to pay (even though there weren’t that many guests in the restaurant)

Polite and competent staff. Fresh and high quality raw material. Price ? Low if we consider that many places sell frozen fish at the same price as fresh three-star ones. Relaxing location and above all VERY CLEAN!!!! One of a kind chef: he improvises new dishes, wonderful with his divine combinations (a true journey through the flavors of the sea). Wide choice of wine and sparkling wine cellar.

Sicuramente uno dei ristoranti storici di Forte dei Marmi, con le sue proposte intramontabili, curate nei minimi dettagli, senza però sfociare nella nouvelle cuisine che, a tratti, stufa. Il locale è molto carino, dallo stile ricercato. I piatti sono molto ben presentati e dal sapore delizioso. Non vi è stata portata che non ci abbia pienamente soddisfatto. Personale molto cortese e attento. Prezzi in linea con la qualità del prodotto.

Great place for a nice dinner in forte dei Marmi. The service was excellent, we had a birthday and the waiters spontaneously brought a candle and cake for our friend at the end. Food is excellent, very local, with an impressive choice of wines. Definitely worth a visit

Dinner 🌟🌟🌟+!!! I had dinner on a Saturday evening, with my dachshund, arriving at 9pm without a reservation and despite this, the maitre d' was kind and helpful in seating me even though the place was very full! I had to wait a bit, but the service and dishes were really super! Delicious spaghetti with clams! Exquisite chocolate cake, excellent wine. Edoardo, the waitress boy, was super kind. The maitre was very professional and helpful. Also satisfied with the bill, when you feel good you are also happy to pay. Place in the center, elegant and clean. Thank you so much, I will definitely be back!!!

X me e mio marito è una tappa d’obbligo quando andiamo al Forte!! Il locale ha una posizione top ed è bello vedere il passaggio senza essere chiusi tra 4 mura!! Logicamente non è particolarmente intimo… un po’ movimentato ma ci sta’!! I camerieri sono gentili e veloci!! I nostri piatti preferiti sono il giro di antipasti ottimi !! Gli spaghetti con le arselle e la catalana sono spettacolari!! Piccolo appunto: diversificherei i dolci dalle crostate !! Prezzi nella norma!!

21/10/2024: A small restaurant, once a rotisserie, strictly family run! Excellent dishes of traditional Versilia cuisine! Not everyone may like the Spartan appearance but the cuisine is truly typical and good
16/08/2024: This small restaurant/rotisserie should be considered a UNESCO heritage site, genuine and even gluten-free cuisine, the ladies who work there are fantastic and everything is topped off with a small courtyard where you can sit and enjoy the food calmly

22/01/2025: Excellent experience, very good food, quiet, warm and clean environment. Impeccable service.
07/01/2025: We were full of expectations when we went to this restaurant. We immediately liked the place and they made us sit at a table outside, but in a covered area as we like it They didn't bring bread and waited a while for water. We ordered the first courses (3 tortelli, 2 risottos and a macaroni) and the appetizers. The croutons arrived promptly but did not give the impression of being made with homemade sauces. They brought 4 first courses, the fifth almost afterwards, while the sixth (of the two risottos) after 10 minutes. We then ordered a third bottle of water which was never brought but put on the bill, a second course, a focaccia and 3 desserts. Good main course and focaccia. The three desserts were supposed to be tiramisu, but they had none of that. In the end we spent €99 but except perhaps for the first courses it wasn't worth it.
