Trattoria Toscana In Capalbio

Despite the change in management (2 years ago), the food quality has remained consistently high (homemade pasta). Lorenzo and the girls are wonderful and courteous. FANTASTIC place.

I stopped by this trattoria right at the historic entrance to Capalbio for a quick dinner that turned into an experience: what can I say, a discovery with a capital S. Authentic trattoria, real flavors, an excellent mix of tradition and modernity. Pici with white pork ragù of indescribable softness. Highly recommended

Wonderful atmosphere on the terrace below the village. Delicious dishes and generous portions. Pici all aglione and cantucci with special mention. We decided to return tomorrow evening. Congratulations

This is our second time back in six months. We had a great time today too. Food and service top notch as always. We brought a couple of friends and they were impressed with the quality of the food.

In the space of a week we dined at Trattoria Toscana twice. Excellent quality food, generous portions, fast service. Friendly and at the same time professional Lorenzo, the waiter and the manager. Highly recommended.

We had dinner last night. Excellent from every point of view. Friendly staff, fast service, super meat and delicious pappardelle with wild boar. The owner is very nice. Highly recommended!!

Siamo arrivati a Capalbio verso le 14 … un po’ tardi per mangiare, arrivati alla trattoria, abbiamo chiesto se potevamo ancora mangiare e ci hanno detto che non c’erano problemi… personale gentilissimo e professionale, ci hanno fatto accomodare ad un tavolo al piano sopra ( accettata di buon grado anche la nostra piccola cagnolina) e ci hanno consigliato cosa mangiare. Menu ben articolato e ricco, anche la carta dei vini era varia …. Tagliere molto ricco di salumi vari e formaggi con due crostini, ottimo anche L’agnello al forno con le patate… Buono il vino della casa ( non sempre riesci a trovarlo bevibile) L’attenzione del personale di sala è stata veramente encomiabile Buono il rapporto qualità / prezzo Bravi .. Cena di Pasqua Ambiente carino, curato e sito al centro del bellissimo borgo di Capalbio. Antipasto a base di prosciutto crudo. Bruschette con olio e buttata. Gnocchi fatti in casa ( buoni anche se a mio avviso un minuto avanti di cottura) con fonduta di parmigiano e rucola. Direi comunque buoni nel complesso.. tortelli maremmani con burro e salvia per mia figlia. Deliziosi. Concludiamo con u. Tagliolino al tartufo per mio marito. Molto buono e generosamente condito Personale di Sala Gentile, soprattutto il ragazzo. Conto più che onesto, considerato la qualità Vale la pena andare. A presto Spero !
