We really liked the authenticity of this place, not very touristy but frequented by local people and I really liked this. The price is more than honest, a very pleasant gastronomic experience. The marinades are really worth trying! The very knowledgeable staff expertly met all our expectations!

Nestled in the Shoreditch of town is this fabulous seafood trattoria. Run by a young guy and his exceptional team. The phrase see food and eat it definitely applies. Food in Italy is a religion and every meal a negotiation. A.A.Gill would have brought the blonde here and loved it. Me sensibly have brought an Italian. She threw away their menu and asked what is it that we should eat. The result was a gastronomical explosion on the table. A keen selection of organic wines complimented the dishes. An inclusive restaurant we even got treated to another group’s birthday cake. A must in Catania an exceptional town full of beautiful baroque architecture. This made for a classic evening away from the hurly burly of the busy town. There’s even a cool young club opposite if you need to dance off the meal afterwards.

Cena con amici , abbiamo gustato insieme la serie infinita di antipasti: crudi , fritti e anche zuppa di cozze. Poi due primi meravigliosi, per finire sorbetto e amaro. Cosa dire materia prima di qualità e cucina tradizionale veramente gustosa! Abbiamo trascorso una magnifica serata in allegria con un servizio anche puntuale e cortese. Consigliato!!!!
