We loved the food there. It is local, authentic and delicious! The staff is friendly and helpful and the environment reminds a traditional Italian restaurant! Thank you for the hospitality and the nice experience!

We were in Catania for a weekend and near where we were staying we found this trattoria Da Serafino.... I was very happy with the very fresh dishes...a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service. I recommend it to everyone.

06/05/2026: Excellent breakfast, absolutely try the pistachio iris. Impeccable and friendly service. Highly recommended.
02/05/2026: We had some excellent pistachio and chocolate cornetti from here - the fillings were very generous. They also toasted paninis which again were stuffed full, and the prices are very reasonable

01/06/2026: The best place to eat in Catania. You won't find classic dishes here, prepared according to tradition; they're slightly revisited, making each dish unique. Another important piece of information: I'm celiac, so I have a wide selection. That said, we had a parmigiana, which was out of this world. Truly delicious. Next, I, a celiac, had this seafood coppo, accompanied by sweet potatoes, which were perfect. The other person had the Mediterranean gnocchi, which were also out of this world. To top it all off, we asked for a taste of their homemade pistachio pesto, and it was out of this world. What can I say? You absolutely have to come. It's a shame I only discovered it on the last day.
28/05/2026: Everything is great, the service is top-notch, many could take a leaf out of their book.
