Professionals. Family style. I rarely review places but this is a perfect business. Everyone here is polite, everything we tried was perfect.

Let's set some expectations: The reason this place is SO popular is because it's super cheap! However, the food is also really good so the combination of the two is what makes it so appealing. Is it the best food I've had? No Is it good and tastey? YES. Is it worth the wait / queue / line? Maybe, depends what kind of experience you want and expect. Note that you can't reserve a table! The place is very pleasant and run by a family and you sit at a table with other people so there's room for everyone. It seems every day they have a different menu but if you check the menu you can get a rough idea of what they offer. Because the place serves so many tables the service can be a bit chaotic. However the staff is nice and the food comes really fast! Overall a super nice experience! We were 3 people having lots of dishes (and wine) and we ended up paying 20eur pp! Enjoy 😊

It is very crowded and you have to wait in line

You will have to wait really long in the queue but it’s worth to wait. The atmosphere and food are really amazing

Fantastic simple trattoria with real home flavors!

This is a restaurant that we can enter after waiting in line at the door at noon. The food was very delicious. The prices are also quite reasonable. We paid approximately €50 for 5 portions of food and 3 portions of dessert for three people. If I go to Florence again, I would like to stop by here.

Come early and expect to stand in line, but it is worth it! If you want to feel like your eating dinner at your Italian Grandparents family get-together, then this is the place. We waited in line about 30 minuets, and then was seated at a table with other diners already there. Even with the language barrier, the others were friendly and made you feel at ease. The servers were to the point but patient with us foreigners. The food was outstanding. Nothing over the top "Touristy" like the rest of Florence. Just good, authentic Italian food. If you want to experience Italy, then you need to experience Trattoria Sabatino.

Consiglio vivamente di andare con molto anticipo poiché non vengono prese prenotazioni. Osteria fiorentina dove si mangia quel che si trova già nel menù, ci si siede un po' ovunque e sì con degli sconosciuti per cui il locale risulta affollato e un po' disorganizzato nei tempi di attesa. Per il prezzo economico non posso lamentarmi per ciò che ho mangiato ma visto che si punta sulla quantità non ho trovato la vera qualità fiorentina.

Típica cantina italiana, comida surpreendente, pois apesar da simplicidade, deliciosa. Qualidade impressionante dos ingredientes, pra se ter uma experiência verdadeiramente italiana. Chegue cedo, 19:15 já tem fila na frente, mas vale a pena. Única coisa que deixa um pouco a desejar é o serviço (garçons são um pouco rudes e impacientes, mas ainda assim vale a pena).
