Trattoria Sabatino is exactly what an authentic Tuscan experience should be. I went with some friends (multiple times) and had a blast! We had the Bistecca Fiorentina with sides and a big bottle of wine and our night was great.

A typical Italian restaurant.
Don't be put off if there are already a lot of people waiting outside.
There are outdoor seating options, and you can get a table quicker than you think.
If you come as a couple, you might end up at a table with other people.
The food is really very affordable; a portion of pasta in tomato sauce costs €5.
The portions are smaller, so it's worth having an appetizer or dessert here.
We had a very nice evening with very good food and reasonable prices.

The service offered at this restaurant felt a bit hostile. Several options from the menu were out already within 40 minutes of restaurant opening, it was not full. Menu options are super basic for the pastas and menu does not explain what most things are. We were recommended by a local, but definitely would not come back here. Prices are super cheap, which was impressive. Bathrooms were clean.

Authentic diner. The service, space, and food were excellent, and at a very good price. We also enjoyed the conversation we had with the locals while sharing a table with them.

The food is very local. I ordered chicken slices with pistachio crumbs (p1). I thought it was a magical combination at first, but it tasted unexpectedly good. p2 is a dessert of red wine stewed pears. I didn't taste the red wine, but it was crispy and soft and delicious 😋

Acabo de volver de cenar allí. Lugar auténtico, multi-generacional familiar - dirigido. Uno - menú de paginación, buena opción de cocina italiana. Una espera de 45 minutos bajo la lluvia vertiente valió la pena la experiencia. Personal amable, comida de alta calidad y precios absolutamente justos.
También tienen un pequeño punto de venta donde se puede comprar sal, aceite de oliva, pasta, jabón, libros, etc. Buen toque.
