One of the best meals I had during my entire stay in Florence, everything was delicious! I would definitely go back.

Awesome experience! Certainly one of the best places I have eaten so far in Italy. The restaurant felt so welcoming, almost like I was part of the family. Thank you very much, I would certainly come again.

My boyfriend and I loved it; it's the place we're using to measure all the other restaurants we're eating at on this Italian vacation. A 10 out of 10! It has the three B's, as we say in Mexico: good, beautiful, and cheap. There's a line, but it's worth the wait. Inside, the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. The dishes are very well prepared, just right—traditional and delicious. The price was another great surprise. In February 2026, two pasta dishes, half a liter of wine, two main courses, one dessert, and two coffees came to approximately 40 euros. We had a wonderful time and would definitely go back if we ever return to Florence. 💕 10/10. Bonus: Since we arrived late, the dish we wanted was almost sold out, but so we wouldn't leave without trying it, they served us the little bit that was left, so that night we actually tried three main courses.

Was recommended this place by a friend and it lived up to its hype. The food was delicious and it’s a very authentic experience. We queued to get in but it went fast and it was worth it. The value was excellent. Wine was €3 for a bottle. The cost each was £23 for a four course meal and a bottle of wine each

It's like eating at your grandma's house—comfortable, relaxed, and the food is very cheap and delicious. We ordered two pasta dishes: ravioli with tomato sauce and ravioli with meat sauce, both very, very good. The beef dish with baked potatoes was exquisite. We ordered wine for two, beer, and cake, and they brought us bread twice. All of that for only €39—it's incredibly cheap. The service is good, and you can tell it's a family business, not the typical place that charges you €50 for two dishes. 100% recommended if you go to Florence. The only downside is that it fills up very quickly, and you have to queue. We arrived 10 minutes before it opened, and there was already quite a line, but we didn't have to wait long.

Sabatino is a legend. I’ll always keep coming back. The food is simple and really good, prices are reasonable, and the location is great. There are lines forming right after they open, which says it all.

Places with this quality/price ratio are almost impossible to find these days. Highly recommended!

Fabulous atmosphere, absurdly low prices, excellent food.

Wanted so bad to get to this place and eventually headed there last evening. Arrived 15 minutes earlier and was already a long line, but we managed to get inside after 20 minutes. The place takes you back to the old days, it has a rustic design, you sit at tables with other people as well but the staff is very nice and there is enough space for everyone. The menu changes daily and the prices are more than afffordable ranges from 3 to 40 (bistecca). The food ia excelent, everything we had was perfectly cookes although some portions are not that big but it is more than fine. Wine is also good, 1.3 euros per glass. Everything is moving quickly, you do not have to wait for the food and as mentioned before everything tastes amazing. If you want to experience a classic italian dinner this place ks definetely for you, just be prepared to eat great.

Authentic, welcoming, and fair prices. An excellent example of local cuisine with a cozy atmosphere. The beef was incredible, the minestrone was beyond words. Millefeuille for dessert was a perfect finish to the meal. Arrive early for lunch as there will be a lineup.
