I've been to Trattoria Sabatino three times and have loved it every time. Even though you have to wait in line (I recommend arriving before opening), it's absolutely worth it: the quality and quantity of the food are excellent. It's true home cooking, like grandma used to make; typical Tuscan dishes, authentic and full of flavor. The prices are incredible, especially for Florence. You share tables with other people, which makes the experience even more pleasant and convivial. The staff is friendly and relaxed, despite the large influx of customers. A true gem in Florence!

What can I say... One of the last remaining trattorias of the past, simple but well-cooked dishes. The menu changes daily based on the season, such as the excellent pumpkin ravioli, plus a few set dishes like the truly delicious pork loin.
You don't have to book and you have to wait in line, but that's fine; it's all part of the experience. The prices are truly reasonable for the quality offered. Never change Sabatino!

It opens at 7:15pm, but there was already a long queue 20 minutes before. Lots of foreigners.

Absolutely the best place to eat here. Excellent service quality food and excellent value. Be warned queue early from 6

A great place to try several dishes, as the portions are small and very inexpensive. I would definitely go back. The average price of the dishes was between 4 and 6 euros.

A must try if you are in Florence,great value for money, authentically Italian and the food is amazing!
Would highly recommend, but make sure to get there around 20mins before opening as it seems to be a very popular stop;

Such a nice cheap place. Food was amazing!!!! Desserts as well. It had longer tables so every group was sitting with another but it was ok. The pastas were 5-6€. A nice lunch place. Definitely will go back.

Food is great. No English on menu and difficult to get reception inside so translate while waiting in line. Should get there long before opening as line gets long.

Petit bistrot authentique et convivial, tout est fait maison, même si nous avons attendu 30 minutes avant d'être assis, le rapport qualité-prix est extraordinaire. Il faut absolument manger ici lors de votre passage à Florence
