What a great find! Excellent trattoria with a typical Apulian menu and an excellent wine list. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive! Highly recommended!

A beautiful restaurant, only the interior is a trattoria, but it's truly a pleasant place to be. With the exception of a white pasta dish with cheese, which I can't fault, the rest was excellent, from the food we ordered to the bread and the olives. Special mention goes to the waitress, who was super polite, friendly, and immediately put us at ease. The price is in line with a restaurant that aims to be gourmet.

A special Valentine's Day among the authentic flavors of Gioia del Colle ​I dined at this splendid trattoria on Saturday, February 14th, with my wife and children, and the experience was impeccable in every way. ​The setting is truly beautiful, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Special mention goes to the excellent background music: subtle but never intrusive, it complemented our evening, making it even more enjoyable. We enjoyed truly delicious typical Apulian dishes, cooked according to tradition with quality ingredients. From appetizers to first courses, every course satisfied both us adults and the children. ​Finally, praise goes to the staff. Despite it being a busy evening like Valentine's Day, the waiters were extremely attentive and always present, ensuring prompt and friendly service. ​Highly recommended for those seeking authentic Apulian cuisine in an elegant yet familiar setting. We will definitely be back!

A restaurant that's extremely attentive to its guests' needs, with a culinary offering that lives up to expectations, and a wine selection (I've attached a photo of a Sardinian gem that deserves praise) that goes beyond local expectations and has the courage to dare. Congratulations.

Recommended! A superb trattoria for its hospitality, its ambiance, and above all, its tasty, high-quality food. My fava beans and chicory were out of this world, as was the original and delicious vegan burger, made with vegetables and legumes. The price was very reasonable.

This restaurant was a wonderful discovery. We were strolling through the historic center and called to check if they had availability. They were really kind and welcomed us at 1 pm. The restaurant is bright, clean, and well-kept, combining modernity and tradition. The service is delightful, friendly but not pretentious, and the food is excellent. We had two appetizers, two first courses, two desserts, house wine, water, and two coffees. Vegetarians have plenty of options here: our delicious appetizers were based on vegetables and delicious dairy products. My first course was delicious (orecchiette with cauliflower, anchovies, and crusco peppers), while my husband's was very local (mezze maniche with broad beans, cardoncelli mushrooms, and caciocavallo cheese). The desserts were a real treat. Try them and believe them. The prices are fair. I'll definitely be back!
