Every time I pass by Gioia del Colle at lunchtime it is an obligatory stop. The food is excellent, and the people who handle the customers are extremely kind and professional. Better to call to book.

The restaurant is very nice, centrally located, beautiful and very clean.
Traditional food is served with a creative touch, perfect service, very knowledgeable young guys.
Upon arrival they immediately bring you something to nibble on as a welcome, but the wait for the main courses isn't long. I also appreciated the fact that you can choose wine by the glass.
I liked all the dishes and the welcome.

Good starters and nice place. Honestly, I expected a little more from the first courses... Too bad! Excellent service, thanks to the girls.

Nel complesso buona esperienza. Non si mangia male ed i prodotti sono nel complesso buoni. Manca forse di un po’ di cura nei primi per esempio o anche nei secondi avrei preferito dare maggiore evidenza a prodotti locali. Servizio attento. Prezzi leggermente alti

Tra le viuzze del centro storico gioiese, proprio alle spalle della residenza comunale trova collocazione la “Trattoria Pugliese”. Un localino che alterna un’ambientazione più moderna a una più classica e verace. Quello che però resta un diktat é la qualità di alti livelli. L’approdo in questo locale ci ha condotti in percorso culinario che rievoca i sapori dei pranzi dai nonni. Sapori genuini, forti che permangono a lungo. Dall’antipasto al dessert, passando per più alternative di secondi prettamente di terra, hanno appagato le papille gustative anche dei più scettici. Il servizio ad opera della bravissima cameriera é stato l’ulteriore punto di forza di un pranzo da ricordare.
