Excellent experience for a Saturday morning lunch, with a wide selection of food and very reasonable prices (like the food). The clientele was absent from the crowds typically found in central areas. The atmosphere was elegant and quiet.

We arrived on a whim at 8:00 PM and were lucky to get the last table.
By 9:00 PM, it was packed, and there was a queue outside.
Inside, it was all Italian.
The food was delicious—unfortunately, it was gone so quickly (no photo).
The only downside was that as soon as the first person finished, their plate was cleared, and so it went on. This wasn't ideal for the last person to finish.
We came back after two years—this time it was quiet.
The food was very tasty. The service was rather impersonal, but they did their job.

Excellent food, tasty, perfect service, good price for the quality. Today, April 2, 2026, I was in a divine mood after 7 years, and I must say the food and service were the worst I've ever found. The price wasn't worth what was served; it was too high.

The pizza wasn't bad, light and crispy, but the cured meat on top was so thick I couldn't cut it. The service was questionable: they set and served three tables that arrived after us, so I had to ask them to set the table. Among the bottles of wine, there wasn't any from the menu; they offered us another, and in the end, it seemed like they didn't even have that. Finally, when we went to pay, a girl was on the phone and didn't even look at us, and when I called her attention, she looked annoyed. The person who charged us didn't even offer a smile or a kind word. As someone who's worked in a restaurant, I'm not particularly fond of this type of service.

It's a very charming and beautifully decorated place. The service is very fast. The staff is very kind and professional. We ate divinely. I had the mixed grilled fish. It was very fresh and delicious. It's not easy to grill fish so it doesn't become stringy. This one was perfectly cooked, with a perfect texture and flavor. My husband tried the pork cheek with polenta. A typical Mantua dish. It was also delicious. Compliments to the chef! We had a side of baked potatoes. These were also cooked beautifully and perfectly tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. The mixed salad was also perfect, just how I like it. All fresh, tender, and colorful vegetables.
Excellent value for money.
