We stumbled upon this trattoria by chance. We found Eleonora, the chef, and Luca, the restaurant manager, to be two fantastic people; always welcoming and smiling, they make you feel at home. The food is truly excellent, plentiful, and of excellent quality. The place is small but cozy. Great prices; we dined here three out of five nights. The pasta with grandma's ragù and the tagliata are especially recommended. We'll definitely be back!

My partner and I were there this evening and took advantage of the truffle menu. What can I say? Everything was perfect, top-quality, absolutely delicious. Luca and Eleonora were incredibly friendly and made us feel immediately at home and comfortable. Everything arrived on time, and we wanted to take our time to enjoy the tranquility and relaxation that the place and the atmosphere conveyed. There's nothing more to say, everything was perfect. We'll definitely be back to try the all-you-can-eat meat and pasta menu, as well as the off-menu options.

For us, the Osteria/Trattoria "Da Ugo" in Fano's old town was a real find. Based on the positive reviews and our love of truffle dishes, we made a reservation for lunch. Since they also offered a truffle-based menu, we chose that one. The following four courses consisted of crostini with truffles, tagliatelle with truffles, passatelli with truffles, and finally, a tagliata with truffles grilled to our liking, served with roasted potatoes. No dish was skimped on the black truffle, and everything was cooked with heart and skill. In addition, there was an excellent selection of wines at reasonable prices. The friendly and professional waiter, despite our limited Italian, immediately made us feel like we'd been there many times before. And we would be here more often if we didn't live 800 kilometers away. Thank you for this wonderful culinary experience.

28/03/2026: The place is well-kept and charming. The staff is exquisite, as are the dishes offered.
08/02/2026: Good dishes, except for the passatelli with fondue. Service was inaccurate, definitely room for improvement. (When the appetizer arrived, they didn't explain at all what was on the plate. They served us the crescia to accompany the platters when the platter was already empty. Between the appetizer and the first course, we waited a long time, about half an hour. We had asked for a second serving of the Flemish-style first courses so we could all share the first courses, but in the end, they arrived with individual plates and we had a hard time sharing everything; if that's the case, explain it to me first; don't tell me it's okay when I ask for the Flemish-style first courses. When the second course arrived, they forgot a piece of the plate; we pointed it out, and it arrived separately.) The only positive aspect was the wine service. We paid too much for what we ate and the poor service. Five of us paid €63 each. Good, but due to the service and the price, I wouldn't go back. Only go if you're in the area; otherwise, avoid it.

18/07/2026: I was at this restaurant this evening...I gave it 4 stars for the food because, being a fish eater, the menu was mostly fish or seafood. Extremely friendly staff, great ambiance...I recommend If you like fish it could be an amazing experience
