I've been coming to Fano for work for many years, but I'd never been to Osteria-Trattoria Da Ugo. It's a small trattoria in the heart of the historic center, with limited seating in the winter and a few more tables outside during the warmer months along the sidewalk. What can I say... a truly pleasant surprise! I ate wonderfully. The cuisine is primarily meat-based, with a strong focus on truffles—including white ones—all at a more than fair price. The prices are truly balanced: appetizers between 8 and 12 euros, first courses between 10 and 13 euros, second courses between 9 and 16 euros (with the excellent sliced ​​steak with Acqualagna truffles for 22 euros), and side dishes for 4.50 euros. A quality-price ratio that's hard to beat. The staff is very kind and welcoming. The chef, who is also the owner, is truly talented, and it shows in every dish. The only small flaws: the tables are quite close together, due to the limited space, and there's no house wine. But these are minor details that don't detract from an absolutely positive experience. I'll definitely be back!

Excellent food, generous portions, and friendly, helpful service. We had spaghetti with cacio pepe and generously grated truffle, the perfectly cooked Florentine steak, and superb baked potatoes. They brought back bread at least 4 or 5 times because mopping up the bread with the bread was a must. Also noteworthy are the crostini with lots of truffle. Superb service, and they're quick to offer advice.

In the historic center of Fano, just steps from Piazza XX Settembre, a small but truly welcoming restaurant with a warm atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at home. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always ready to offer advice with a smile. The cuisine is traditional and meticulously prepared: simple, authentic, and above all delicious, dishes prepared with quality ingredients. An ideal place for those who love the flavors of yesteryear and informal yet attentive service. Highly recommended.

We have known this restaurant for several years and have always eaten very well, especially the dishes with truffles and the various specialities that Eleonora invents.

A fabulous discovery!!!!! A family atmosphere with attentive and very friendly service. Rustic and flavorful dishes. The lunch and dinner menus are a feast for the taste buds. See you soon. Highly recommended.

The lamb with truffles was a delight, as was the white ragù. The appetizers and side dishes were also excellent. The tagliatelle with truffles, however, could be a little more "exciting"; paradoxically, it was the dish I was least impressed with. The staff were super friendly and the atmosphere was fantastic; I absolutely recommend this place!
