The lamb with truffles was a delight, as was the white ragù. The appetizers and side dishes were also excellent. The tagliatelle with truffles, however, could be a little more "exciting"; paradoxically, it was the dish I was least impressed with. The staff were super friendly and the atmosphere was fantastic; I absolutely recommend this place!

A delightful discovery in Fano.
Da Ugo is a truly charming restaurant, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere: it feels just like home. We live nearby and honestly can't understand why we hadn't heard about it before.
They offer a wide variety of options, varying depending on the day and time of day:
For lunch, they offer an all-you-can-eat carbonara, while on some evenings they offer a meat or truffle menu. An original and much-appreciated idea.
We called asking for carbonara, and even though it wasn't scheduled that evening, they decided to prepare it just for us (and then for the other customers as well): a gesture that speaks volumes about their attentiveness and helpfulness to their customers.
The girl on the phone, who I assume is the owner, was disarmingly kind, as was the young man in the dining room: both were smiling, attentive, and truly pleasant.
We happened to be there on a Wednesday, an evening when there was also live music: the atmosphere was charming, and the musicians and singers were truly talented.
And now for the food, a real highlight:
The truffle carbonara was plentiful and incredibly good, probably one of the best I've ever had. The truffle tagliatelle and classic carbonara were also incredibly inviting.
The appetizers were also excellent: the truffle crostini were so flavorful I could have eaten two more. The pizza bianca platter was delicious, just like in the old days, with dried sausage, salami, cheeses, and more.
Unfortunately, we didn't have room for dessert... but it will definitely be an excuse to return.
Everything was perfect, highly recommended.

Focusing the menu on seasonal products is the philosophy of this charming trattoria, and so, come November, truffles be.
Excellent cuisine, I confirm!
I came in expecting spaghetti with clams, but maybe next time! I ate very well.

Small, very welcoming place with "brilliant" staff. The food is excellent and the truffles are generously portioned. Highly recommended. P.S. The mustard-roasted suckling pig with bacon and roast potatoes is truly worth it.

We were there last Saturday, at the end of dinner we rebooked for this Saturday with two other friends, sublime food, 5-star service, very fair price, but what amazed us was to discover that in the kitchen there was only her.... I don't remember the name but a girl who does for three!!!!

The place is small, and given the beautiful day, we ate outside. The appetizer was plentiful, and the tagliatelle with ragù and beans were delicious. The staff was helpful and friendly. Prices were good.
