Very friendly and welcoming guys in this little restaurant, food was excellent

No puedo hablar lo suficiente de este lugar y de la encantadora familia que lo dirige. Nos engrandecieron nuestra primera noche en Venecia con los brazos abiertos y nos ayudaron a navegar por su menú ... guiándonos hacia una deliciosa comida. El resto de la semana metí la cabeza solo para saludar y fueron cálidos y generosos con su tiempo. Nuestra última noche pasamos a despedirnos y agradecerles y nos invitaron a limoncello. Cuando volvamos a Venecia... esta será una de mis primeras paradas. ¡Por favor, diríjase a esta cálida y acogedora experiencia!

Simple and typical environment. Good and plentiful dishes, slightly lower prices than in the area. We will take it as a point of reference for the next laps in the lagoon.

We were staying in an apartment a block or so away and ate here twice. The first time I had the beef filet in wine sauce and potatoes with a side salad. It was excellent! The desert I had was ice cream in limoncello and it was surprisingly delicious. The second night we came back I had the pasta with lobster that had a tomato based sauce I didn’t particularly enjoy. My mom got the filet and said it was delicious. So I can definitely recommend the filet. The issue I have is that the first night we went the prices were significantly lower than the second night which was New Year’s Eve. I can understand it if it was a super special meal for a holiday but it was the same menu essentially just with much higher prices. However the service is excellent and it’s a bit off the beaten track rack so it’s quiet and cozy and out of the tourist gauntlet.

The atmosphere felt warm and inviting, making it a comfortable spot to relax after a day of exploring. Unfortunately, the food fell short of expectations. While not terrible, it was quite mediocre and lacked the authenticity or flavor one might hope for in a Venetian eatery. On the bright side, the house white wine was surprisingly good and paired well with the meal. Overall, it’s a decent place if you’re looking for a casual spot with good service and a nice drink, but it’s not a standout culinary experience. If you’re a foodie seeking something memorable, this might not be the place for you.

Okay food. The toasted bread was not to our liking, just that we prefer softer breads. The dishes are alright but nothing wow. Prices are not too bad either. Nice atmosphere and good service.

A beautiful low-key trattoria with great food, reasonable prices, and friendly staff. It was one of the best meals we had while visiting Italy. We will definitely return our next time in Venice.
