Trattoria in the middle of nowhere, but with delicious and tasty dishes. In my case, a starter, very diversified and tasty + 1.3 kg of steak, cooked on the grill very well, with a very good and tasty crust, and the meat very tender and juicy, really nothing to say, especially when it is cooked properly and with the right methods, the porcini mushrooms on the side are also delicious, also very tasty. I recommend the place to everyone, just be careful of the road to reach the restaurant which is full of potholes and sharp bends, and to find parking which doesn't exist, so you'll have to figure it out on your own. The big flaw is the closing at 8.30pm, which meant that they brought us everything we ordered too quickly, as if they were pushing us to leave and therefore also the waiters who didn't seem very enthusiastic about our arrival.

We were the only customers at lunch on a gloomy day. Vellano was deserted. The welcome was cordial. We chose maltagliati with wild boar ragout and followed by wild boar stew. both cooked without the use of tomato. Excellent lunch. Advised

Conosco Manero dall'apertura. Fabrizio negli anni ha migliorato, passo dopo passo, il ristorante. La qualità della materia prima è ottima. Qualità /prezzo ottimo. Se si viene da Manero il mood da seguire è di chi vi ospita (Fabrizio) , ossia no stress. Mangiate bene, bevete bene e state sereni. La locacion è stupenda. I love Manero

A small and welcoming place to eat excellent quality meat. The homemade pasta and desserts are also delicious! The price is absolutely reasonable and the service delicious. I recommend the panoramic terrace, especially for dinner because the view of the valley is truly spectacular. The only small flaw is that you need an air conditioner because it's really hot. We will definitely return
