I hadn't been back for many years and I must say that it is one of the few restaurants left in Parma where the quality continues to excel and where I would return without a shadow of a doubt. The menu is varied and refined, there are proposals from the Parma tradition but with an added refinement. The dishes were all superb and the service truly impeccable. Fair prices.

A wonderful discovery, this delicious restaurant, or rather, this "house" on the outskirts of Parma; c falls in love at the first meeting. Typical Parma dishes with a notable choice even outside the menu, in fact, I loved the prawns in kataifi paste. Well done 😊

Pleasant experience in this restaurant on the outskirts of Parma. Cozy place, as are all the staff. Each course lived up to expectations with the right mix of taste and delicacy. The quality-price ratio is also good. I highly recommend!

Locale in zona ente fiere non facilissimo da trovare per chi non è del posto,parcheggio non sempre sufficiente per tutti,Locale elegante tenuto con estrema accuratezza. Personaleche alla professionalità aggiunge gentilezza squisita e disponibilità verso le esigenze del cliente.Materie prime di qualità cucinate con passione e creatività. Non aspettatevi la tradizionale cucina del posto ma una rivisitazione dei piatti tipici unita ad una creatività golosa.Buona carta dei vini con mezze bottiglie e vino a calice.Non perdete il savarin di riso e la zuppa inglese semplicemente strepitosi.Prezzi non eccessivi vista la qualità.

Per un pranzo in famiglia andiamo in questa trattoria situata in aperta campagna. Iniziamo con ottimi gamberi, flan di parmigiano con salsa ai funghi porcini, paté di fegato d’oca con purea di pere. Continuiamo il nostro pranzo con buoni tortelli d’erbetta, faraona all’uva senza arte né parte, asciutta e insipida, buona invece l’anatra. Concludiamo con sorbetto ai frutti di bosco e ottimo dolce servito con zabaione. Accompagniamo il nostro pasto con Franciacorta. Uno dei commensali aveva un’allergia importante e alla nostra richiesta di fare attenzione ci siamo sentiti rispondere in maniera arrogante e supponente dalla titolare. Questa persona poteva scegliere solo 1 primo fra quelli proposti. Nessun dolce (a parte il sorbetto che non si può considerare un vero dolce) era presente nel menù per persone con allergia. Per la risposta poco professionale e per la poca attenzione verso le persone con intolleranze non andremo più in questo ristorante. Cibo buono ma occorre accompagnarlo anche con gentilezza e cortesia.

Perfect cuisine (moreover, very well-controlled cooking of the meat), very pleasant service by attentive staff. The waiter was curious to share his extensive knowledge of wine with us and he was happy to do so! We will go back (there were 4 of us)
