The food quality is good, though perhaps a bit overpriced, about 20%.
The low rating is only due to the service provided by the owner, who has a rough, truck-driver-like manner.
It doesn't really embody the spirit of a good restaurateur.

Always fantastic food here, with excellent atmosphere, food, and service (the only downside is the tripe, which was good but lacked a little flavor, perhaps, but that's a personal preference). The wine list is also excellent and extensive. It's hard to choose between the excellent menu and the always wide selection of off-menu items! See you soon.

The food was pretty good, the place was nice. The owner was a nuisance, and made you regret going there. I definitely won't be returning.

Everything is excellent, from the seasonal menu and its extensive selection of Parma specialties. The quality is excellent, and some dishes have been revised to be worthy of a special mention. The desserts are very good. The wine list is refined and tasteful. I recommend booking in advance, but it's worth the wait. Impeccable and professional service. Prices are fair for what they offer.

The kindness and professionalism of the owner accompanied us throughout our first experience at this magnificent place.
The selection of dishes and drinks was to our liking:
An appetizer of foie gras with warm brioche bread, a pear emulsion, and balsamic caviar.
A liver and black truffle pâté.
A sea bass dome with diced fresh tomatoes, capers, mussels, and olives.
A homemade garganelo with truffles was an excellent choice for a first course.
A harmony of carefully chosen objects gives a touch of intimacy that makes you feel like you're in a warm and welcoming place.
The dishes are prepared with meticulous attention to detail.

Abbiamo pranzato nel giardino di questo posto stupendo che emana tranquillità e pace… è estate ma è fresco e arieggiato. Accoglienza calorosa e gentile. Abbiamo mangiato una tagliata eccellente, ci hanno servito stuzzichini, parmigiano e melone, focaccine e grissini croccanti! Anche l’interno è bellissimo! Ci torneremo sicuramente!
