Era un po' che non ritornavo in questo delizioso ristorante, con personale sempre gentile e preparatissima.da poco ho scoperto di avere dei problemi con il glutine e loro sono stati attentissimi in questo preparandomi del pane a parte. Abbiamo gustato del pesce di vino freschissimo e buono come non mai. Siamo stati consigliati bene anche per il vino, secondo me la perfezione assoluta questo posto.

A restaurant where you can feel at home and taste excellence There are places that not only offer good food, but also a special atmosphere, and this restaurant is one of them. Every time I cross the threshold, I feel welcomed like family, thanks to the attention and courtesy of the owners, always available and with exquisite manners. The staff is highly trained and professional, attentive to every detail and ready to satisfy any request with a smile. The quality of the dishes is excellent: you can perceive the great attention paid to the choice of raw materials and, above all, the ability to make the most of them with careful preparations and authentic flavours. If you are looking for a restaurant where you can eat well and feel at home, this is the right place. Highly recommended!

Cominciamo con la gentilezza e l’accoglienza veramente squisita. Cane ben accetto ed in più con un tavolo d’angolo per permettergli la massima comodità. Iniziamo con la tavolozza dei crudi,freschi ed assortiti,poi anguilla cbt fantastica come altrettanto buono(ma non come l’anguilla) il rombo con carciofi e chips di topinambur. Millefoglie alla crema con cioccolata o frutti di bosco ottima. Carta dei vini di buona qualità seppur non enciclopedica con ricarichi onesti. Servizio sorridente e professionale. Conto allineato alla qualità,alla location ed al servizio…pertanto giusto. Andateci e non ve ne pentirete.

Amazing, environment, service, quality of the proposal, raw materials and their presentation. The tasting menu challenges the palate and wallet, but the final satisfaction is a super reward.

There is no denying that Le Nuvole is an exceptional trattoria in Ferrara. Defining it as a trattoria is simplistic: elegant venue, well-kept designer tables, extraordinarily courteous staff, attentive to every detail and always available to the customer's requests, classy and innovative food that presents research in tastes, combinations and also in the plating of the dishes ( some are a real eye-catcher). The prices are also fair, given the quality of the raw materials. I'm sorry that there were a couple of thorns on my plate. Recognizing that it was an inconvenience, a place of this level should have made a small gesture of care towards the customer beyond the apologies received (even a simple offer of a coffee or a bitter). But certainly an unmissable culinary experience, in a classy atmosphere and with exquisite dishes.

Le Nuvole is our favorite place. When we want to celebrate a special occasion or when we feel we deserve a prize, we book here immediately. Refined, tasty dishes, top quality ingredients; very courteous, attentive and impeccable service; the owner always has a kind manner and the girls in the room are impeccable in everything. The location is warm and welcoming and it is a real pleasure to enter this Cloud of goodness, beauty and kindness every time.

We finally managed to have lunch at this restaurant. Everything was excellent, from the location to the dishes and the friendliness of the staff. In very few places I give 5 stars, this is one of the few. We ate from appetizer to dessert and everything was perfect, passatelli with clams cream of oysters superb, the platter of raw fish was also excellent, octopus cbt... delicious, very tasty and delicate desserts, the wine list was also excellent.. .well done....

Comfortable and intimate environment. Excellent food, refined and tasty proposals, all served with incredible attention and passion. An evening at the Clouds is a real treat for the palate and the spirit.

Quel Fantastico Giovedi

25/03/2025: That fantastic Thursday is over the years and in all seasons a confirmation of excellent catering and quality. The menu is always adequate, varied enough and is renewed from time to time. The staff is very kind, respectful and worthy. The environment is elegant and refined, but also very hospitable and welcoming. In short, a mix of refinement, luxury and humility...very rare and effective. Very honest prices, considering that for many imitations you pay even 20/30% more in the city.
24/03/2025: We had lunch with the family taking advantage of our visit to Ferrara. As usual, for the choice of restaurants we rely on the Michelin guide, but this time with this restaurant I don't think it has reached the standard of a restaurant in the Michelin guide that we usually find in the places we go. The girl who caught and served us is really good and kind, while the same is not true for the older lady who I assume is either the owner or in any case in charge of the room. In fact, apart from the joke about having ordered a few dishes (unfortunately my mother has undergone stomach surgery so she can't eat too much and for this reason, even though there were 4 of us, we ordered for 3, but in any case I'm a paying customer so the reason for my choices shouldn't matter), at a certain point during the change of tables of two couples I noticed with regret that to bring the dishes he placed everything on the sofa at the entrance to the restaurant, where people constantly pass by and you can also sit there, so not much hygienic considering that the diners will then carry those cutlery into their mouths. Furthermore, one of these couples was told to bring their jacket into the closet, which we are not here either, firstly because it is a service that you as manager of the place should do and secondly because on the other hand in that closet there are everyone's overcoats, and it is not certain that the lady who was given authorization to wander around inside the closet was an honest person or could rummage through other people's jackets and bags. Moving on to the food, if they focused more on tradition they could even get to the Michelin star, everything we ordered, including desserts, traditional was really excellent, while the passatelli asciutti were really bland and above all they had exceeded the cooking time by a long time, while the passatello must maintain a certain consistency otherwise the yield of such a simple and peasant dish but also delicious at the same time would be ruined. Another point to bring to attention is the selection of focaccias and breads to be consumed while waiting or together with the dishes, usually in restaurants a much more refined selection is offered and above all the breads and gnocchi are not so reheated but always have the consistency and flavor of freshly baked bread or in any case made that same morning. For the choice of wines, well, what can I say, isn't there a sommelier in the room? Because the girl, as cute as she was, wasn't able to tell us exactly what to pair with the dishes, but I don't think it was her fault, someone should take care of the drinking part and accompany the customer in learning about the wine he's pairing with the dish. In short, after various experiences in Michelin guide restaurants I wonder why this place appears, it is truly excellent as a tavern but not enough to deserve the attention of such a selection.
