Very good restaurant in the center of Ferrara, excellent fish, worth trying

For a special occasion, we treated ourselves to a seafood trattoria in Ferrara's historic center. The atmosphere is familiar, atmospheric, and warm. The entrance is unique: the interior is visible before entering, thanks to the large window. The carefully crafted and fragrant dishes did not disappoint! We received a small welcome aperitif with anchovy butter to spread on crostini. A glass of Lugana before starting immediately warmed us up and guided us to the appetizers: a red shrimp tartare with burrata and a colorful octopus with a thousand flavors. We then split a first course of burnt wheat passatelli with fish and lime, worthy of the end of the world, and also a turbot fillet with artichokes and licorice. We couldn't resist and also ordered a small plate of fried food, fragrant and delicious. We finished with a small birthday cake, a delicious millefeuille with flowers, and we blew out the candle—a super birthday!

A stellar dinner. Everything was unique and highly refined... Impeccable service. The price was high but in line with the quality of the products. The service is the epitome of expertise.

Recommended by people who love good food, I got a great recommendation! Located in the historic center, just a little off the main streets, the restaurant is very elegant and the welcome (as is the rest of the service) is warm. It must be said that they were very prompt in fulfilling every request with great kindness (including a variation to the tasting menu). We tried a sampling of their signature dishes from a seven-course menu, and it was an escalation of flavors and aromas, a journey through their specialties that satisfies the palate and the eye. The price is in line with the experience, highly recommended.

It's a great pleasure to enjoy the delicious and meticulously prepared dishes at this restaurant! In my opinion, it's an absolute must-visit if you're in Ferrara. Top, well done!

Un posto magico, in cui sono tornato con un amico a distanza di un anno circa. Bellissimo il luogo in cui si trova, in una delle vie più affascinanti di Ferrara. Intimo ed elegante l'interno, dove si respira un'atmosfera rilassata e rilassante. Servizio top. Attento, premuroso, ma anche discreto, morbido. Tanta competenza. Pietanze eccezionali. Materia prima di altissimo livello, trattata in modo superbo. Ci torneremo ogni volta che potremo. Magico.
