We had a polenta appetizer, ordinary, nothing special, and the bigoli with musso, which were good. The prices were out of line with the ambiance, very dated and shabby, and the service was poor. We were served by a waiter who held his fork by the head, not the handle, and mumbled his words.

Coming to Verona and finding a typical restaurant isn't so easy. Here, the portions are generous and the house specialty (Milanese veal cutlets for one French franc) is an absolute must-try. Although, the pasta is also very good! The dining room can be a bit noisy... just the way we like it in Italy. A very good choice for a great lunch.

We chose this restaurant because of their XXL cutlets, which are delicious and indeed quite large. We appreciated the option of topping them in different ways. Therefore, the quality/price ratio is excellent. However, we were very disappointed with the waiter who served us. Not only did he rush us into ordering (despite the restaurant being almost empty), but also, while serving my plate at the table, he violently moved my napkin (which was in the center of my cutlery) with a snarky expression, even though I hadn't moved it first.

We were really happy to have found this place, non touristic at all.
Also have to say some words about our waiter, he was busy, but found some times for several words and jokes with us.
Food, portions enormous, we ordered one main course per person and I couldn't finish mine, barely ate 30% of my cotoletta, so we took away.
Highly recommended!.

Gave this Trattoria a go and no regrets! The service was amazing, so friendly and the food was beyond delicious! Their special cotoletta is great and tiramisu was amazing too. Nishatia (Jimmy) was very friendly and service was perfect. Thank you!
