We came to this restaurant for lunch to try their famous cotoletta and we weren't disappointed; in fact, we really appreciated it, especially because we were able to have it in a gluten-free version (a rare treat for us celiacs). Highly recommended, the service is prompt and fast.

We ate there yesterday and discovered the restaurant quite by chance. We were so glad we found it. We didn't have a reservation – the restaurant was quite busy – but the food still arrived very quickly. The waiters were incredibly kind and welcoming. Thank you so much for the wonderful meal! If we come back, we will definitely eat here again. Thanks to all the staff, the owner, and especially to Claudio.

Excellent food just steps from the center. Served by Diego, who really entertained us. The atmosphere was like that of a traditional tavern. A truly lovely evening. Prices were average for the area.

02/06/2025: Pretty tasty pasta to-go, but overpriced for the portions that you get. 8€ for a pretty small cup is simply too much money.
31/05/2025: Excellent and simple eatery for those wanting to try traditional Bigoli Veronese pasta. There's five or six seats outside so you do need to find somewhere if it's busy. We had the bolognaise and seafood ones which were equally good.

06/03/2026: First time at Carlo Re. From the outside, the atmosphere doesn't convey... warm... welcoming... original. Very good pizza and not heavy. Top-quality ingredients. I'll definitely be back, especially since I discovered it has a little garden. 🔝🔝🔝🔝
