Exceptional seasoned cutlet. Excellent quality of products.
The only big flaw: I visited in July and there is no air conditioning, so it was really hot, which made the stay not very pleasant.

Great cotoletta, I recommend ordering to share since it's huge.
The photo shows an M-sized one, which two people could eat very comfortably.
A lovely old-fashioned, classic bar. The only thing to note is that it didn't have air conditioning, so keep that in mind for the summer.

I'll be back on my next visit to Verona.
The quality of the food, the welcome, the authentic atmosphere of a local trattoria.
My daughter and I shared everything: tortellini (excellent!! They served us on two plates 🫶), the famous cutlet (the small one was more than enough for the two of us), the baked potatoes and cooked vegetables (well-cooked, excellent)... Everything was great!
We had dined in restaurants further central and highly rated, but this was the one I preferred by far!

Absolute find! The website doesn't do it justice, in particular the cotolette which are delicious and even the piccole cotolette are a hefty meal - although as the waiter said: "Sono fine fine!" We promptly booked to go back the next night. Wide choice of Valpolicella though to my uncultured palate the carafe of house red was just as good

Trovandomi a Verona , in varie occasioni sono ritornata in questa trattoria della tradizione. Il piatto che amo di più e’la cotoletta. Proposta in tre dimensioni ( piccola- media-extra) e ‘fritta bene, non unta, sottile: veramente si scioglie in bocca. Comunque da provare anche gli altri piatti tipici a base di polenta o cavallo. Da non dimenticare il riso all’amarone. Consigliato. Prezzi nella norma. Meglio prenotare.
