Trattoria La Torre da Carla In Capalbio

Delicious food, but when we asked for the bill, they had left the menu on the table, and the prices on the ticket didn't match the menu. I was charged incorrectly for everything I ordered. I complained and was charged €6 more. Mistake? Coincidence? Since I was a tourist.

I'm having a hard time understanding the many negative reviews. We had a wonderful meal, excellent service. The pappardelle with wild boar ragù was spectacular, we'll be back.

This restaurant deserves a higher rating. The service is excellent, the place is very nice, and the wild boar ragù is very good.

We stopped by chance one evening while visiting Capalbio. Sitting on the outdoor terrace overlooking the sea, we ate delicious crostini with wild boar and cream of truffle and cream. Tagliatelle with wild boar ragù, tagliatelle with truffle, and wild boar cacciatore were exceptional, accompanied by a good glass of chilled Vementino. The staff were friendly and the prices were reasonable. If you're in Capalbio, remember this trattoria. ZiaMilva's words.

Excellent food, excellent traditional Maremma cuisine in a beautiful little square in Capalbio. The outdoor tables are surrounded by the village walls, and the atmosphere is incredible. Excellent service, courteous, helpful, and warm staff. Highly recommended.

When I returned to Capalbio, I wanted to revisit this trattoria where my friends and I had such a wonderful time. The memory was renewed with another excellent experience, both for the friendly courtesy of the staff and, above all, for the delicious food. The only flaw, if you can call it that, is the truly generous portions. Knowing this, next time we'll share a dish and try the desserts too. Highly recommended!

A historic Capalbio restaurant steeped in the local Tuscan tradition. We had the pleasure of dining al fresco, in the piazza below the restaurant (a meeting place for the international short film festival years ago). The atmosphere was very pleasant, thanks in part to a light breeze that mitigated the 28-degree heat. The cuisine was excellent, as per tradition; the pappardelle with wild boar ragù and the sautéed chicory are a must, but praise also goes to the table service, which was excellent!

Nulla da dire sulla qualità del cibo ma secondo me se ne approfittano troppo sui prezzi ...capisco il turismo ma sinceramente 4€ il coperto a persona e 4 pezzetti di agnello fritto 25€ e un piattino di carciofi fritti 15€ mi sembra davvero un furto soprattutto perché essendo fuori menù nel momento in cui ti chiedo il prezzo non puoi rispondermi con un semplice "NON SAPREI" Giustamente se avessi saputo il prezzo non lo avrei preso.X carità tutto buono però...... nota dolente non fanno le mezze porzioni x bambini. Non tutti a 5 anni si mangiano un piatto di pasta nella stessa quantità di un adulto. E dover pagare un qualcosa x intero e sprecare il cibo sinceramente non lo trovo corretto ma capisco che è una mia opinione perché sarò abituata bene quando vado nei locali a chiedere la mezza porzione di pasta x mia figlia.
