When you arrive at Salvatore's Baita there is only one imperative thing you can do, eat like a king 👑 The place looks very nice, clean and well-kept as is the kitchen, comfortable chairs and spacious tables! Kind and knowledgeable staff! Excellent variety of dishes and always quality products! I fell in love with the beef and swordfish carpaccio 😋🍴 They literally melt in your mouth! The fried potato petals made by them are excellent! The owner Salvatore is a delightful person (don't eat him though) friendly and great company. If I could I would give 10 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend going there! Top Rating S&P A++

We dined with foreign guests who preferred to stay close to the Central Station. I think the location is the only reason to go. The quality isn't excellent.

I discovered this restaurant by chance, it being my first time in Milan. As soon as I entered, I immediately found a familiar and welcoming atmosphere. The owner and staff were highly professional and very kind, the food sublime 😋... I tried the risotto with ossobuco, the Milanese cutlet, the parmigiana, mushrooms, and potatoes were also very good. The price was proportionate to what I ate... I will definitely be back! Rating 9 Lucia 4/10/2025

Very good food and very friendly staff. We had a short time and they were very accommodating. I highly recommend it for a meal near Centrale!!

It's worth stopping by to enjoy a good meal and impeccable service.
We were five friends, and Salvatore served us with tremendous care and professionalism.
The Vitello Tonnato was wonderful; we loved it so much that we went back two nights in a row.

Se siete nei pressi della stazione centrale di Milano e cercate un ristorante buono e con servizio veloce, Hostaria La Baita è una scelta più che azzeccata. Servizio veloce e cordiale, ideale anche per chi ha poco tempo ma non vuole rinunciare a un buon pasto.
Abbiamo assaggiato due classici della cucina milanese: ossobuco e risotto alla milanese e cotoletta alla milanese, entrambi ben preparati, saporiti e serviti con cura. Una menzione speciale va alla maionese fatta da loro, davvero ottima e perfetta per accompagnare i piatti.
Un locale accogliente, consigliato per chi vuole gustare la cucina locale senza allontanarsi troppo dalla stazione

Siamo stati in questo locale su consiglio di un amico.
E devo dire che abbiamo mangiato un risotto alla milanese eccezionale e una cotoletta super.
E in più le patate chipster che fanno loro sono ottime.
Torneremo molto presto.
