We had just arrived in Milan and needed to have something to eat before going to bed. We found this lovely restaurant by chance. The food was excellent and the service very friendly. I had the risotto and my husband had the Vitello Tonnato. Both were very delicious.

First meal in Milan (after a very long travel day). Lots of locals enjoying. Was not a tourist trap. Arrived at 10pm, kitchen closing at 1030pm. Food and service was exceptional. Welcoming to non Italian speaking. Reasonably priced, didnt order alcohol

I don't eat a lot of risotto, but I ordered a lot after seeing the picture. I was curious. The risotto wasn't as big as I thought, but it was tasty!! I know, but it came in a form, so it had a good texture.
The shrimp tempura was just so-so?? It was like our country's vegetable tempura. It was hard to feel anything special.
It was around lunchtime, so it was completely full.
I think there might not be any seats.
So the sound itself was a bit loud.
The staff were all friendly!!!!
When I said I was from Korea, they said they liked Korea.
They said they watched Vincenzo on Netflix.
When they saw my name on the card, they shouted out loud and said they were happy to see me. It was nice, but a little embarrassing. Haha. It was fun.
What a wonderful authentic Italian restaurant. The baby octopus was divine to start.
We had seafood pasta and an aubergine pasta from the specials menu, both were lovely. My wife finished off with the creme brulet for dessert, fantastico in her words. A big shout out and grazie mille to our waiters
Gabriel and Russell for making it a truly memorable dining experience! Highly recommend this lovely restaurant

Se siete nei pressi della stazione centrale di Milano e cercate un ristorante buono e con servizio veloce, Hostaria La Baita è una scelta più che azzeccata. Servizio veloce e cordiale, ideale anche per chi ha poco tempo ma non vuole rinunciare a un buon pasto.
Abbiamo assaggiato due classici della cucina milanese: ossobuco e risotto alla milanese e cotoletta alla milanese, entrambi ben preparati, saporiti e serviti con cura. Una menzione speciale va alla maionese fatta da loro, davvero ottima e perfetta per accompagnare i piatti.
Un locale accogliente, consigliato per chi vuole gustare la cucina locale senza allontanarsi troppo dalla stazione

Siamo stati in questo locale su consiglio di un amico.
E devo dire che abbiamo mangiato un risotto alla milanese eccezionale e una cotoletta super.
E in più le patate chipster che fanno loro sono ottime.
Torneremo molto presto.
