WOW. Absolutely fabulous. New owner took this restaurant to the next level. Fantastic place, well designed and equipped - bright colors, all new atmosphere. Food is very tasty, freshly prepared you can feel the love and passion for food. Tiramisu is a perfection. We will be back for sure <3

Probably the best restaurant in Manciano. Very good dishes: tortelli in truffle sauce (we licked it up with bread – such a good sauce!), "water from the cat," a Tuscan vegetable soup (Acquacotta) without the cat, but filling and full of vegetables. And if you're in Tuscany, you have to try the wild boar ragout – also delicious. And finally, dessert: tiramisu with freshly brewed coffee. To top it all off, reasonable prices and a very friendly owner. The interior is beautiful, recently renovated. There's plenty of space inside, and a terrace with a view of the surrounding area. I recommend this place 100%!

Everything was excellent, the rice was cacchio and the raw prawns were exceptional, the braised beef in Morellino with the divine puree, everything was excellent and the service was excellent. If you're passing through Manciano, this stop is highly recommended.

My family and I had such a great time at the Rifugio that we returned after just a week.
A warm and friendly welcome, perfect service, and exquisite dishes. From the selection of ingredients to the preparation, everything is done with care and passion.

Best view of sunset in Manciano. Great food, we loved the beef and potatoes and wild boar ragu plate. The desserts were delicious and the service was top notch! The owner always made sure her staff was taking care of us. We visited a few times for dinner during our stay.

If you're in the Manciano area, I recommend this restaurant, which recently changed ownership. The owners are a young couple who, with passion and enthusiasm,

Very recommend, waitress was the most nicest and friendliest person in whole Italy so far, she helped not only with choosing food but also finding agriturismo accommodation, she even spoke with few of them for us since they spoke only Italian. Now about the food, taste was really good i recommend trying wild boar tartar and truffle pasta, taste was amazing! We also had soup it was very big and rich with flavor, deserts were also nice. 10/10! Very recommended to visit!

Piacevole sorpresa,
Cena con amici. Un menu curato e personale gentilissimo che si impegna offrendo un servizio impeccabile. La giovane proprietaria molto simpatica e preparata. Piatti ottimi e dolci fatti in casa. Bello vedere entusiasmo e professionalità.
