A charming location. The terrace is a fantastic plus; eating there gives you the chance to enjoy a breathtaking view. The cuisine is excellent; being able to enjoy a tartare "seasoned" without altering its true flavor is truly exceptional for me. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive to detail. Good knowledge of foreign languages, allowing foreign tourists to feel at home without having to use a translator. A truly positive culinary experience. Thank you ❤️

Stunning place with a view of the valley and the sea, the owner is fantastic. She found us a last-minute seat with great kindness and helpfulness, and the food was truly excellent (especially the wild boar ragù). Local, high-quality products, combined with a warm welcome. Highly recommended!

We stumbled upon it by chance without a reservation, and it was a delightful surprise with an exceptional welcome. Everything was delicious, from the tartare appetizer to the first courses, ravioli with wild boar ragù, and picci alla carbonara. All accompanied by an excellent house Morellino, which is every bit as good as the well-known bottled wines. The waiters were super courteous and attentive to our every need. We'll definitely be back!

Absolutely one of our best favorite places. Incredibly fresh and delicious food! Service is Top 10+. We enjoyed everything so much that we traveled almost an hour 4 days in a row to Rifugio restaurant.
When we are back in Tuscany we will definitely come back here 😊

Excellent place, delicious dishes, helpful staff, you couldn't ask for more. I ate a very well-made wild boar stew. In the company there was a person with celiac disease who had no problems choosing the dishes.

Ristorante famoso a Manciano che ha cambiato gestione da poco .Due ragazzi hanno intrapreso questa avventura nella ristorazione. Ho provato un ottimo piatto di melanzane, un riso cacio e pepe e degli ottimi dolci . Assolutamente da provare Cortesi è disponibili .
