Saturday lunch with friends in a truly enchanting location. Excellent food, but a special mention goes to the wild boar ragù: simply amazing, addictive. Superb service, thanks especially to Ilaria, the owner, who explains the dishes with passion and professionalism and manages to cheer up the entire dining room. You eat well and leave with a smile: top marks!

If you go to Sarurnia, you can't miss the Rifugio. I happened upon a wine bar in Manciano and asked a girl in a bar to recommend a place for dinner. Without hesitation, she handed me a note and said, "Call me and you'll be fine." I trusted her, and I called. The super-kind owner answered and found me a table. She placed me in a private, romantic corner. I was amazed by the look of the place and her kindness, but I was even more amazed by the genuine goodness of the food, which was even more appreciated since it was a Saturday night and the place was packed. The food was divine; the service was courteous and fast, and the place was spotless and well-kept. It's clear they care, and I really recommend you go, because we should always reward young people who work and believe in their dreams, and also reward those who make you dream with such great food and such great desserts! Congratulations to the staff, too, and best wishes.

A charming location. The terrace is a fantastic plus; eating there gives you the chance to enjoy a breathtaking view. The cuisine is excellent; being able to enjoy a tartare "seasoned" without altering its true flavor is truly exceptional for me. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive to detail. Good knowledge of foreign languages, allowing foreign tourists to feel at home without having to use a translator. A truly positive culinary experience. Thank you ❤️

Ristorante famoso a Manciano che ha cambiato gestione da poco .Due ragazzi hanno intrapreso questa avventura nella ristorazione. Ho provato un ottimo piatto di melanzane, un riso cacio e pepe e degli ottimi dolci . Assolutamente da provare Cortesi è disponibili .
