A lovely trattoria to eat at.
The food was really good: delicious pappardelle, fantastic wild boar ragout, delicious crostini, mind-blowing pappa al pomodoro, very good appetizers. The beans tasted like they came from a can (a shame) but were delicious. The chicory was flavorful, and the Vin Santo was extremely alcoholic. I don't know, it just didn't convince me.
I wasn't crazy about the cantucci either, but that's a matter of personal preference.
The coffee, bread, water, and excellent olive oil were delicious.
I found the bread refill during service really pleasant.

Service by a lovely lady (the young man was less friendly). I loved my pear and cheese fagotti, generously topped with truffles and simply delicious!
Reservations recommended.

The dishes weren't exactly trattoria-style, more gourmet, and it was a bit disappointing. I would have preferred slightly larger portions, both for the tagliatelle with ragù and the Monterosi tripe. I don't think the tagliatelle pasta was fresh, but the ragù was good. The tripe was excellent, although, as mentioned, a bit too small.

We went here intrigued by a video featuring Fiorentina steak. They cook it and then bring you a hot plate to finish cooking to your liking, along with oil and salt. The meat is good quality. 65 euros per kilo for a Fiorentina steak. Pasta is between 13 and 15 euros. Very local atmosphere. The locals were eating pizza. And we had fun with the locals :) Book in advance on Saturdays.

Nous y avons mangé sur le retour de notre visite au Cascade de Mulino, la devanture et l'ambiance en terasse nous a tout de suite convaincu. En prime nous y avons très très bien mangé avec nos enfants qui eux ont mangé pizza 4 fromages et diavola qui était très bonnes. Pour nous c'était pâtes aux cèpes et "ravioli" farcies à la crème de truffe. Tout était excellent !
Pour y ajouter même le vin rouge était d'une température parfaite et très bon en bouche
