We had a wonderful time in this lovely trattoria. We were warmly welcomed, the lady who served us was very friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The charcuterie and cheese platter is generous and served with some jams; it was delicious! For the main course, we had the daily special, which was truffle taglioni. And again: it was delicious 👌👌

Best food we had on our trip to Italy. Really great menu, excellent selection of wines and such friendly service. Lovely outdoor area as well. Highly recommend! Was so good we went back again on our final evening.

Incredible restaurant to visit in the historic district of Montepulciano. We stayed here for three nights and returned for our last night as we loved it so much. The food is incredible. The picci pasta with ragu is unbelievable and the bacala fish is cooked perfectly. Their homemade tiramisu is the best we have tried in Italy. Service are so friendly, they even offered us free limoncello by the end of our meal. Highly recommend this restaurant if you are staying in Montepulciano or just visiting. I will definitely be back.

29/08/2025: Delighted! We came by chance, and we were delighted by the welcome, the setting, and especially the dishes! So we came back for our last restaurant before leaving Italy. The spinach and ricotta ravioli are delicious, the pizzas are superb, and what can I say about the tiramisu! A big thank you for your welcome!

27/05/2025: Ho mangiato alla Stanza del gusto solo in pausa pranzo , in effetti il locale si sviluppa in una unica sala con una piccola estensione in veranda esterna che però sconsiglio in quanto il pavimento si muove ad ogni passaggio dei clienti, buona proposta di menu’ di lavoro, piatti di terra e di mare semplici ma di ottima qualità , eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo , forse uno dei migliori della zona, buoni anche i dolci, servizio rapido , una menzione ai tovaglioli di qualità e alle 2 forchette come coperto. Consigliato a chi vuole mangiare bene in contesto di cucina casalinga. Locale pet friendly. Un punto in meno per lo sgradevole calendario fascista in bella mostra su una mensola che nulla ha a che fare con il buon gusto, anzi…
