Nice, intimate restaurant with terrace set in the medieval village of Castiglioni.
The guys were really kind and despite the many customers they willingly stopped to have a chat.
Amazing cuisine and adequate waiting times while enjoying a good local wine.
Take the "Gnudi with wild boar" and I promise you won't regret it.
An obligatory stop for those who come to visit the country without spending a fortune.
Can't wait to go back :)

Exceptional service, the waiter was very kind and attentive. The food is fresh and delicious and the atmosphere was quiet and homey. Great vegetarian options. Thank you for a wonderful dinner, my family and I had an amazing time! ❤️

Excellent restaurant, brought by a local friend I can only confirm all the beautiful and good things he told me. The outdoor area is on a quiet square and it seems like you are in another era. Super good and sweet dishes to try! All things taken from local producers and you can feel it! Excellent account!

While wandering around the Val d'Orcia, we stopped here for lunch. You can immediately see when you work with passion: excellent dishes, all homemade (from croutons to fresh parta, jams and desserts). We ate complete appetizers and a first course each, tasting a very particular pici recipe.
We had a pleasant chat with the owner, discussing the particularity and preparation of the dishes: it's nice when comparisons lead to innovation.
If you pass by here, stop by without delay!

Abbiamo scelto questo locale in modo del tutto casuale, tra molti altri nella zona, e ne siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti: proposte sia tradizionali che innovative, atmosfera gradevole, proprietari gentili. Ci è piaciuto tutto quello che abbiamo ordinato e abbiamo apprezzato anche l'originalità, oltre alla qualità dei prodotti utilizzati. Buono anche il vino bianco della casa. Peccato che non abbiamo assaggiato la carne perché dopo gli ottimi antipasti (crostini e panelle) e i due buonissimi primi...non ce l'abbiamo fatta! Magari torneremo e ci concentreremo sui secondi. Complimenti👍!
