A little vintage environment, tidy and clean, good service. I ordered a Lobster Catalana, before that I received an appetizer offered by the house, a fish rice ball, a dessert of pistachio cake and tiramisu. To my taste I would have liked the Catalan enriched with various coarsely cut vegetables and some seafood. The Carapace cannot be missing (here it was but empty only for aesthetic reasons). Coffee is not to be taken for granted. Excellent.

Quick business lunch but you can see that it is an excellent historic place with well-kept and organized service. All the refined and important food is delicious!!

Le Guaiane sono una certezza per la qualità della materia prima e la preparazione accurata dei piatti serviti. Da non dimenticare la simpatia e professionalità del padrone di casa Lucio, della sua famiglia e dei collaboratori. Bravi!!
