Congratulations to the organization of this splendid restaurant, I had a wonderful New Year's Eve, here they spare no expense, they take care of the customer from A to Z. Congratulations again for everything.

Retro restaurant, good service, but no menu (recited verbally), no one knows the price of individual dishes, and it's hard to remember. Good wine list. Good food.

This restaurant's history began in the last century...and continues splendidly. Congratulations and thank you for your dedication to maintaining the high standards of your hospitality and innovative yet traditional cuisine.

My wife and I have been to this restaurant several times for lunch or dinner. The quality of the food is remarkable. We often eat raw fish, especially cold and hot appetizers, and the fish is excellent. Excellent pairings, including the wines available. A wide selection. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. This is truly a place I highly recommend.

This 1980s-style trattoria could use a major makeover, but not the food, which is excellent. The menu focuses on fish, and the appetizers, both cooked and raw, are excellent, as are the pasta dishes like scampi busara or green tagliolini with spider crab. I had a delicious fried calamari and a delicious zuppa inglese (trifle) made on site. The wine markups are more than reasonable. I'll definitely return.

Last night I had dinner at Le Guaiane and I have to say it was an exceptional experience. The quality of the fish is truly top-notch, and you can immediately taste the freshness of every dish. The oyster counter is also a wonderful idea: they bring them to your table on a trolley and open them right in front of you, a gesture that highlights the product and makes the tasting experience even more special. Fantastic oysters, uniquely delicious. A special thanks to Andrea and Giulia, who accompanied us throughout the evening with kindness, professionalism, and courtesy. They provided precise advice, attention to detail, and were always attentive but never intrusive. It's rare to find service like this. My compliments, I'll definitely be back!

A trattoria that, if you are not Italian, is hard to find, and that is what makes it unique! Excellent food, especially if you are a fan of fish specialties, impeccable service, every table is equipped with a wine cooler with crushed ice, the wine selection is impressive, and the atmosphere is casual and relaxed, as if it were not a Michelin-starred restaurant! The only thing that bothered me a little were the wooden chairs, which fit the ambiance, but are not for long-term sitting, as in 99.9% of trattorias in Italy! Despite that detail, all the best recommendations!!!!
