Yummiest pizza ever amazing atmosphere!!

After 2 years I have to change my opinion about this place. The food is still phenomenal (the restaurant's specials are awesome!), but the service has gotten worse, not very polite, although I can understand that - the heat, tiredness, etc. but I don't understand the picking of teeth and nose. The waiter sat down nearby, took out his phone and started biting his nails, then (probably when they reached the right length) started picking his nose. I didn't finish my beans with seafood. :(

Traditional trattoria and pizzeria in heart of Spanish Quarter. Very popular with the locals. You have to get used to the passing traffic. I thought the service was really good and not overpriced. Good Neopolitan pizzas.

Una vera trattoria napoletana dove la tradizione è di casa… abbiamo pranzato qui con amici e tutti siamo rimasti soddisfatti, piatti e simpatia tipica partenopea! Se riuscite a prenotare un tavolo è assolutamente da provare e gustare! 🫶🏻

La recensione non è negativa, ma a dispetto delle aspettative che erano veramente importanti, possiamo dire di essere rimasti male su diversi aspetti. Intanto la prenotazione era per le 20 e invece abbiamo dovuto aspettare 15’ prima di essere ricevuti in sala. I coperti sono all’interno di una stanza di circa 25 mq, con la stanza piena di fa fatica a superare il rumore di fondo nel tentativo di chiacchierare con gli altri commensali. La pizza non era male, anzi. I primi di pesce, a dispetto delle diverse nomenclature, cambiava unicamente il tipo di pasta utilizzata. Il sugo era lo stesso per tutti (informazione confermata dal proprietario/gestore. La pasta era un po’ oltre con la cottura e il sapore del sugo non era tra i migliori che abbia mai assaggiato. Presa una bottiglia di vino, il bicchiere adatto va portato a tavola (cosa fatta per un altro tavolo), noi abbiamo dovuto bere la falanghina e l’acqua nello stesso bicchiere. Non va bene. Nel complesso non credo che abbia minimamente rispettato le aspettative, quindi non ci ritorneremo più.
