A beautiful spot right by the small harbor for dinner. The black spaghetti was an explosion of flavor. The fried seafood, on the other hand, was rather average, 3 stars.

Good is very good and you have the chance to try pretty unusual seafood recipes. Service is support fast, staff very friendly and kind. Portions are really small though, hence the place is really really expensive (couple of shared starters, one course per person and drinks -no fancy wines- 40 euro per person). Worth a try but not going back.

Enchanting is the right word to describe this place! Excellent food, rich in colors and flavors! Excellent and courteous staff, unique location! Try it and believe it! A trained chef with a great team at her side! Highly recommended.

13/09/2025: We went to this beautiful place on the recommendation of a friend, and what can I say...love at first sight! We ate the best Maremma tortelli ever, a spectacular fillet steak and tagliata, drank an exquisite wine, and to finish, a truly delicious dessert. A fantastic experience, if there were 10 stars, I'd give them in a heartbeat! Thanks also for the excellent service; the guys are very friendly and approachable!

Ristorante Il Granaio

21/10/2025: Located in the center of Castiglione della Pescaia, we dined inside (late October) in a very quaint basement room that was definitely once a granary. We ordered grilled sea bass and baked sea bream, along with half a liter of wine. The food and service were good, though the prices are a bit high, but the location justifies that.
13/10/2025: Great restaurant, friendly staff, great food. We'll definitely go there again.
