We had dinner last night but for the first time the dish ordered was not like other times, i.e. the amberjack fillets, perhaps due to overcooking, turned out to be stringy. Attentive service but perhaps affected by the imminent seasonal closure.

Chosen by chance among many in Giglio Porto. Very welcoming environment. We were served by the owner, I presume, who was very exquisite in explaining to us the characteristics of their Ansonaco wine. We ate spaghetti with lobster (excellent with a really good tomato sauce, sweet and not acidic as often happens) and drank their Ansonaco wine in bulk and two desserts for €50 each (the spaghetti was one of the most expensive dishes).

Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante con una bellissima vista sul porto di Giglio Porto.
Cucina prevalentemente di mare, ingredienti di prima qualità, piatti non particolarmente originali ma ottimamente eseguiti. Abbiamo apprezzato anche il servizio, attento e veloce.
Conto assolutamente adeguato alla materia prima e alla posizione del locale.
Sicuramente da provare!

Terrace overlooking the sea, quick and friendly service. I found the menu very interesting. Excellent amberjack meatballs and spaghetti with clams and bottarga, delicious cod tempura with pear and ginger sauce. Very high quality/price ratio in my opinion.

Excellent quality of the dishes and the plating.
I only have a doubt about the risotto alla pescatora, which I received perhaps too soon, about 10 minutes after ordering.
Courtesy of the staff, very fast service (perhaps a little too fast).
Elegant and warm environment (also in terms of temperature, inexplicably open only on the sea side), 4 stars because it was a real pain as far as I'm concerned, the proximity to the kitchen certainly made the situation worse.

Good but not as excellent as the price would require. Spaghetti alla corsara with sardines and pistachio pesto, they were good but you couldn't taste the sardines and it was practically a pistachio cream. The crab pici had just glimpsed the crab.
