I would say that it satisfied me in all aspects, I recommend after 8:30 pm so you can enjoy the outdoor part better. The food is really good (I didn't eat the meat so I don't know about that). Bitters and grappas and a wonderful rustic zabaglione recommended in autumn, winter and spring but really excellent. Bravi

Extraordinary Simply extraordinary. We ordered the savarin, we were ecstatic just by the smell, once opened. The taste then... The taste! The best savarin so far tried in Parma The evening of San Giovanni then turned out to be decidedly of a high level

A little outside Parma (15 min) it is worth the entire drive. Typical structure of past years that enhances the experience. The products are quality and cooked in an excellent way. The staff is well managed and prepared. As a sommelier of the extra virgin olive oil I asked for some Italian extra virgin olive oil to be brought to me and I received a bottle with a blend of Coratina, Biancolilla and Bellandi Cerignola. Thank you! You must try the raw ham carpaccio with truffle and the rice Savarin (which I will try to replicate at home because I liked it so much). Congratulations!!

Dinner with two dear friends to taste the rice savarin: excellent as expected. Attentive and very professional service. Nice atmosphere. We had dinner outside! Definitely to come back!

Sunday family lunch: the classic out-of-town lunch on a warm May day allowed us to pleasantly refresh ourselves outdoors, under a pergola. The cuisine is perfectly in tune with the place, in fact, really good, not without refinement. Decent and friendly service. Maybe a little expensive. Perhaps. We'll be back.

Sono stata al Vigolante per un compleanno in famiglia. Il locale è molto caratteristico con un porticato fuori e con quadri tipici all'interno. Piatti ben assortiti e di buona qualità. Prezzi nella media

04/07/2025: I just had lunch there and the food was great. Friendly staff.
28/06/2025: Unfortunately I can't separate the reviews. As for the restaurant, very good! Fresh products and fast service, the menu is almost all gluten-free, which is why we decided to stay here on our motorcycle trip. The inn or hotel, unfortunately, is a bit dated and the breakfast is a bit sparse even for those who don't have intolerances to bagged biscuits, croissants and yogurt. For gluten-free I didn't find any options even though I was told it was available, in any case, being in a hurry to leave we didn't even ask so it's possible that it will be given on request.

11/07/2025: A typical trattoria in the center of Parma! Excellent, welcoming place. The food was all really good, with generous portions and friendly, attentive staff. A wonderful experience. I recommend booking in advance, though.
10/07/2025: Wonderful dinner! Food, ambiance and waitress were amazing. Great value for such amazing food. Highly recommend.
