Dinner with my wife on a beautiful January evening, the restaurant was recommended to us by an agency in Dogliani. Luckily we went: wonderful dinner, delicate and kind staff, always ready for every request, it's been a long time since I ate so well and I wasn't treated in the same way, top raw materials, wine cellar worth a visit, location welcoming but not heavy, refined and tasteful, everything taken care of down to the smallest detail, we will return as soon as possible!!!
Overall: 10 with honors (only because it is not possible to give more)

Welcoming atmosphere, impeccable service and exceptional dishes prepared with the freshest ingredients. Each course was a delight for the palate, from the first course to the dessert. I highly recommend this restaurant for an unforgettable evening. I will definitely be back!

A great moment of tasting in a magnificent setting, a surprising place, succulent cuisine, astonishing wines (a huge list), classy service. All at reasonable prices (a little weakness for the cheese platter) Thank you for your professionalism.

They made our night at Piemonte a happy and memorable one. They had no problem accommodating my dietary restrictions.
I loved the menu dedicated only to water!
The gluten-free, crispy and warm focaccia for the couvert was a treat and elevated the experience. The wines suggested by sommelier Mauro were perfect! My husband loved the Plin and in his opinion, it's the best so far! I loved it and I'm still thinking about the Panna Cotta! Perfect!!!!
And of course, they're pet friendly and Giuseppe also loved all the care and attention he received.

Un pranzo meraviglioso, non posso dire altro. Bellissime le sale, ottima la cucina (gnocchi al Castelmagno, uovo con fonduta e tartufo.. ) e un servizio veramente di altissimo livello per cortesia e professionalità. Ciliegina sulla torta il sommelier che ci ha consigliato due vini notevoli. Prezzo più che corretti. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Top experience at this more local and less touristic restaurant in the Langue! Fresh pasta is great. Truffle menu excellent. The Sommalier worked in France and has great knowledge of wine. Don’t forget to order cheese - the selection is fantastic and can only be beat by the selection of wine. All the staff are kind, knowledgeable, authentic and memorable. We enjoyed two old Barolos and ordered the truffle menu amongst other local dishes. What a great was to end the Italian trip, I’m so glad it worked out to visit here although they were fully booked and accommodated last minute.
