We dined at this restaurant during a trip to the Langhe. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was elegant yet cozy. For appetizers, we ordered the Fassona tartare and the stewed onion with sausage and fondue. We continued with two delicious first courses: Tajarin with tomato sauce and Agnolotti del Plin with broth. Excellent wine list.

Excellent food, very interesting wine list. The only downside: during our visit, about 30% of the wines were sold out. The rest consisted largely of magnums and double magnums. This prevents an optimal rating.

Always a guarantee!!
An unparalleled location, the wait staff, sommelier, and owner are knowledgeable, attentive, and extremely kind.
The food is always a guarantee.
Every time we return, it feels like home. Impeccable service, a welcoming atmosphere in an elegant but not overly formal setting.
Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time! The quality and care evident in the food were fantastic, as were the lovely staff and owners! Everything we were looking for was perfect; it all came together beautifully with the atmosphere. We tried the set menu, which was quite generous, but absolutely delicious! The value for money is incredible. It was fantastic. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience, and we hope to see you again very soon.
