In a side street of the very central via farini there is this place that is always crowded. The dishes are of a good quality and expertly prepared. It is hard to get a table, which you will never have at the time you chose when booking, but then a tour de force begins. In dishes that are served without allowing you to catch your breath. It is the time that I ask the waiter to be slower rather than to rush the service.

The restaurant is very well located, in a rather quiet area. The food is excellent and we had a great time. I highly recommend it, especially for the traditional dishes.

Family restaurant, lots of noise, people who speak loudly welcome to Italy, on the other hand the service is impeccable fast efficient the welcome is friendly, the dishes are generous and very good come with your eyes closed but don't forget to book because there are people here

One of the historic places of Parma, a very characteristic location full of Parma symbols and history. However, being so famous and renowned in the city center and with so many seats, the quality of the food suffers somewhat. The taste and quality are still good, but you can feel and see that there isn't that attention to the dish that you find in small provincial trattorias. Very chaotic service with so many seats and waiters, but still sufficient.

It was a beautiful discovery.
We didn't know where to eat, in a moment of break from the 20 thousand steps of the morning, while we rested in front of a coffee and watched reels on Instagram...we "relied" on the advice of several people who ate here.
We hadn't booked and went straight to opening.
We only ate one first course each: tagliolini with rabbit ragù (he) and I tasting tortelli.
Very good.

Emilian trattorias are often a guarantee of quality and hospitality. Here we ate good cured meats, excellent tagliatelle but the piece de resistance...beef fillet served lukewarm almost cold with dry and perhaps pre-cooked or low quality baked potatoes. Chaotic and noisy atmosphere with great pressure from the room manager or owner on all the waiters and seeing them running and sweating with very rapid table turn over puts pressure and takes away the pleasure of dinner

Wir sind vor dem schlechten Wetter am Gardasee nach Parma geflüchtet und erhielten diese Trattoria als Empfehlung. Das war wirklich alles sehr lecker und die Kellner wuselten um uns herum und waren total aufmerksam. Empfehlen würde ich die lokalen Spezialitäten, auch wenn man für das Thema „Pferd“ offen ist. Die hausgemachte Pasta war auch sehr gut.
