The setting is romantic and elegant, with a pleasant atmosphere, including music. We ate truly deliciously, from appetizers to dessert. Nothing to say about the excellent food, except a huge thank you for using lactose-free products in the kitchen, making the menu much more inclusive and not causing any inconvenience to those of us who are lactose intolerant.
The waitress who served us was very polite and knowledgeable.
The location near the lake was perfect, and the restaurant's own parking lot is a must!
I will definitely be back.

A real guarantee. The fish, their specialty, is always top-quality and you can immediately taste it from the freshness and the way it's prepared. The meat is also truly excellent, so it's a place that never disappoints, no matter what you choose.
The desserts are delicious, a perfect end to the meal.
Special mention to the staff: professional, kind, and always available, they make you feel at ease from start to finish.

A great experience; the seafood portion of the menu is 100% lake or freshwater, a rare choice even among local restaurants.

We went on Saturday evening before the Immaculate Conception. We were greeted first by a very professional and knowledgeable young woman. Our orders were taken by an equally welcoming and attentive lady. A young man, who I don't know if he's the owner, very kindly checked to see if everything was okay. We ordered two first courses and two second courses of excellent quality, all accompanied by a bread basket filled with a variety of fresh and refined breads and breadsticks. The coffee was very interesting, accompanied by a quality dessert and a card explaining the variety of the blend. All this justified the cover charge and coffee at 3 euros each per person, obviously, but you have to value the quality of the things.
Good and professional. We will definitely return.

One November evening, we were looking for a restaurant in Sarnico or Paratico. Everything was closed or subpar, but in this area, the best restaurants are in Clusane, just a few kilometers away.
There are many excellent restaurants, but this one is a cut above, with even two private parking lots. And remember, only in Clusane can you eat baked tench with polenta, because it's a deep-sea fish that tastes like mud. But the ancient recipes of Clusane know how to purify and flavor it, and here, what's from Clusane is perfect. I tried it for the first time in Iseo, in a southern restaurant, and I said, "It's disgusting." A local told me, "It's a Clusane recipe and only someone from Clusane can make it well." He was right!!
But in this restaurant, they do everything well.
