The place and team has very good intents but the execution is not there (yet). No terrace, view outside quite terrible, lavacake dessert was cold and the service was average as taken care of by inexperienced young people. The boss himself had much more energy and passion but this wasn't felt throughout the evening unfortunately. Great Bellavista Franciacorta though which made up a lot! :)

I had a really good time.
The food was divine.
The owner, Mauro, was exceptional.
The waiters were really well-trained.
I highly recommend it; you certainly won't regret it.
Excellent value for money, very good and very interesting considering the tourist location of Clusane.

Dishes based on lake fish prepared very well, with imagination and really delicious: indisputable quality (I recommend the homemade tagliatelle with whitefish sauce, excellent).
Perfect and also friendly service 🙂
Prices are not cheap (two mixed appetizers, two other appetizers, two first courses, water and a bottle of white wine (from €22) total €129) but commensurate with the level.
An experience we will remember!

I went there because they said it was a local restaurant, and it was really amazing! It was delicious. I decided on the 3-course menu, and the freshwater fish was fresh and delicious, so I envied the people living nearby. I went there so often that I could have emptied the store’s inventory, but I regret being a tourist. The sparkling wine we drank together was really the best. I want to label it as the best sparkling wine 2025.

Very nice trattoria, aesthetically everything is very well cared for. Private parking available a few steps from the entrance. Super friendly and helpful staff. Attentive, attentive and fast service. Excellent quality of products and presentation of dishes, everything very good and tasty. I really liked the possibility of being able to taste lake fish, excellently cooked. In addition, less than five minutes walk takes you to the lake with a spectacular view. Excellent value for money, definitely recommended!

Ristorante con uno squisito menù della tradizione. Il servizio amichevole, impeccabile ed efficiente. I piatti sono stati spiegati in modo esaustivo. Le porzioni sono più che soddisfacenti. È ben arredato e caldo. Il personale è gentilissimo.
