I was lucky enough to have a three course lunch here as a part of a day long tour of the local winemaking region. The staff is so attentive and professional, as well as knowledgeable of the menu. The pasta with perch in the white sauce is INCREDIBLE, that's a must try at this restaurant. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and come eat here.

Our experience at Trattoria del Muliner was truly memorable, with authentic flavors that celebrate the area. We tried the grilled lake sardines and the pasta with dried sardines, both extraordinary. The grilled sardines were cooked to perfection, with an intense, smoky flavor that enhanced the freshness of the fish. The pasta, however, was an explosion of flavours, with the dried sardines adding a bold and enveloping touch to the dish. To accompany it all, we drank an excellent Franciacorta, which was able to enhance the flavors of the dishes with its elegance and freshness. The service was friendly and attentive, making the experience even more pleasant. We recommend this place to anyone who wants to discover the authentic flavors of the lake, in a warm and welcoming environment. We can't wait to return!

My husband and I had lunch in this restaurant, attentive and friendly service. I recommend the baked tench with polenta, but also the quality fish starters. Definitely recommended.

This restaurant was on the winery's recommended list. I made a reservation for lunch and went on a weekday. There was a mistake in the meeting, and the reservation time was delayed by 30 minutes, causing people to wait at their seats, but it didn't seem to be crowded and the staff were very kind. Mashima was friendly and took care of me during my stay, such as opening the roof of the terrace. For the dish, I made ravioli made with chestnuts and porcini mushrooms from this time of year. The pasta looked like it was handmade, was plump, and very delicious. Recommended! I was expecting tempura for the fried FIORI di zucca appetizer, but the batter was a little disappointing. But overall, it's a store that I highly recommend. Although you can't see the lake, there's an area you can walk right out of the store, and it's beautiful during the day. There is also a parking lot right next to the reception. There are many places to park for free along the roadside.

The Muliner restaurant is an elegant, clean and dynamic location. A restaurant that gives value to local cuisine and enhances its flavors using excellent raw materials. Among their proposals there is never a shortage of Monte Isola Sardinian. I really love their rich and well-defined wine list which ranges across areas and types of wine, including niche ones. The service is dynamic, sunny and convivial. All with elegance and attention. Eating in this restaurant means discovering the traditional cuisine of the area with attention to the quality of the raw materials used and respect for the culinary history of Brescia.

Happy to have accepted some advice during a wine tasting. Very nice place with attentive and knowledgeable staff. Excellent food with quality raw materials. We didn't try the second courses but given the goodness of the starters, first courses and desserts I think I can give the total 5 stars with confidence!

Ein besonders freundlicher Service. Das Essen und Trinken hatte eine hohe Qualität. Die feine Speisekarte biete für jeden mindestens eine Auswahl. Es gibt die Möglichkeiten, im klimatisierten Innenraum oder in der überdachten Terrasse ohne Klimatisierung zu sitzen. Wir hatten als Vorspeise einen Salami-Schinkenteller und zum Hauptgang Pasta mit Kaninchenragout bzw. Garnelen mit frittierten Gemüse. Beides sehr lecker. Die frittierten Zucchini-Blüten sind auch zu empfehlen. Die Nachspeise (Schokokuchen mit warmer Füllung) war ein Traum. Am See gibt es viel Fisch, so ist das auch hier vorrangig zu erhalten. Preislich sehr angemessen.
