We loved the experience. The food was very tasty, the four-cheese gnocchi was fantastic, and so was all the food we ordered. The service was good, the staff was attentive. The space is nicely decorated, and the location is very central and in a beautiful area.

Excellent! The food is spectacular, the meat and empanadas are incredible. The place is very nice, with a great atmosphere and lovely music. The staff are very friendly and helpful! It's worth every penny, and I would go back a thousand times.

Ristorante Baita al Doss

17/02/2026: A fantastic find! We came as a group and everything was perfect: from the warm welcome to the generous and delicious pizzas. Special mention to the staff, who were very friendly and attentive despite our large group. I highly recommend it!
07/01/2026: Very nice mountain restaurant, impeccable service. Portions are a bit small, but the quality is excellent.

09/11/2025: We stayed at Brasca for the weekend. We received a wonderful welcome from Mirco and Giuseppe, who were also incredibly helpful in the days leading up to our stay, providing us with all the information we needed to make our weekend in Val Codera unforgettable! Special mention for the gnocchi chiavennati! A pristine valley where time seems to have stood still.
07/10/2025: Wonderful experience. Great atmosphere, delicious food, and very friendly staff!
