The place is crowded, so it's best to book in advance. We had a delicious Florentine steak, a small appetizer of torta fritta, and house-made cured meats. The service was good, and the value was excellent.

Classic, traditional menu, very well executed and tasty. The torta fritta and cured meats are incredible, while the fresh pasta or stuffed pasta dishes are very authentic in the noblest sense of the word. The same goes for the main courses and desserts.
Local wines at heartwarming prices, with interesting bottles even beyond Lambrusco.
The atmosphere is noisy, but that's fine; the place is always packed, and the good food and wine gradually raise the volume.
A must-try, no question.

We were invited by my uncles to Trattoria del Grillo, with its traditional flavors. The light, crispy fried pizza was perfect. The local cured meats were delicious and flavorful.
The fresh pasta ravioli were excellent, and the contrast between the pumpkin and mushrooms was exceptional.
The stuffed meat was delicious.
The desserts were perfect.
Welcoming place, excellent service.
