Exelent kitchen with authentic home made fresh food. You will fill like home of a family member. I went in the winter and was a little cold the place but appart from that a great trattoria.

We went to this restaurant recommended by the owner of the hotel where we stayed. She told us that although it's a trattoria with truly excellent food, and she recommended the spaghetti with clams, I first want to point out that we had lunch inside, which felt like being at someone's home, given that the kitchen is right in front of the tables and everything was open, even though the table service was poor. I had the spaghetti with clams, which was really basic, to say the least. My husband had the scialiatelli with eggplant. The fresh pasta was good, but nothing special. For the price and the service, I wouldn't recommend it.

We discovered a gem in Amalfi! The restaurant had a wonderful local vibe. We enjoyed a grilled eggplant with vegetables that was simply delicious, and the tagliata was outstanding—perfectly cooked to a medium rare. While the service was a bit quiet, the overall food and ambiance were superb. Highly recommend!

The restaurant I used to frequent before COVID-19 has closed down, so I was searching for a place to eat when I found a trattoria that seemed to be frequented by locals. I went in. I had steamed mussels in white wine, seafood scialatielli, and house wine. I thought the food was pretty good. I think it's reasonably priced for Amalfi.

We loved it so much we went back twice. Everything was excellent; I highly recommend trying the tomato sauce dish. It's incredibly simple yet delicious, which is quite an achievement. The best pasta of our trip, by far.

We ordered eggplant parmigiana (very good), spaghetti alla vongole (tasted absolutely of nothing and very oily), and some caprese ravioli (good). The house wine was watered down (and it's difficult to find a wine so weak and bland in this area). The price was reasonable considering it's Amalfi. And the staff was very attentive.

I don't know if the big gentleman who served us was the owner, but he didn't kick us out because we asked for alcohol other than wine. The food was nothing special. I don't recommend it.
