Everything was perfect, we will definitely be back! Excellent experience at Trattoria Il Maestro in Soverato! Warm welcome and family atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The service is attentive and friendly, always with a smile. We ate very well, but the dish that won us over was the linguine with mussels and clams: spectacular! Pasta cooked to perfection, very fresh seafood and a truly delicious balance of flavors. The other dishes were also excellent, everything taken care of down to the smallest details and with quality ingredients. You can feel the passion in the kitchen and the desire to make customers feel good. Highly recommended for those looking for authentic cuisine, fresh products and a welcoming atmosphere. Secluded little place. Family run. Good fresh fish, but, as often happens around here, a bit heavy from cooking. Prompt and friendly service. Fair price.

High prices, good food but slow service. The mixed seafood appetizer disappointed me for the three mussels au gratin where the mollusc inside was small, dry and insignificant, really sad. Leaving after spending 38 euros per person and still being hungry.. come on..

Exceptional food, all 0 km and cooked impeccably, impossible not to stop there, especially for the peels, kindly offered together with the coffee.

Siamo stati accolti con molta simpatia e cura. La prima sera abbiamo mangiato molto bene, i piatti abbondanti e i gusti saporiti e particolari ci hanno convinto a tornare anche la seconda sera, anche per assaggiare la famosa carbonduja. Gestori e personale speciale. Un posto da ricordare. Anche per la bella playlist musicale!

It's a shame I didn't take photographs because the food was truly excellent. Seafood starter not too rich, but delicious. Exceptional tagliatelle with cuttlefish ink. The fried calamari was also good, but I would have appreciated if it had been slightly more abundant. Tasty house wine. The restaurant is family-run and the service could sometimes be a little confusing, but all in all it went well. Prices are not exaggerated compared to the average prices in the Soverato area, but not low either. All in all, I would stay here again.
