In the name of tradition and quality. Excellent veal knots with potatoes and amazing semifreddo! Plus the courtesy and efficiency of the staff in the dining room.

I was looking for a place that reflected the important culinary history of Parma and I found it. restaurant open for 70 years that will not leave you disappointed. the platter of typical cured meats with fried polenta will already leave you satisfied but you are still at the beginning. I recommend not missing the tortelli, truly special and a good dessert to finish. pastries and desserts all homemade. Very friendly and welcoming staff even if they are Inter fans.

Tagliere di salumi ineccepibile. Mega tortelloni alle erbette. Tagliolini al culatello ottimi. Lambrusco mantovano sempre piacevole

07/08/2024: Second week in Italy and we have a winner. The best food. Delicious pasta. But so really delicious. Their structure is even amazing. Plus distinct flavors. Every choice is very good. Great wines. This time we only have lambrusco. I hope you will find data from outside the tagiatelle al funghi card.
31/07/2024: Once, twice, three,... we never tire of discovering the delicious dishes made in front of us. Very pleasant service and good advice. In short, a total success! I recommend +++, don't hesitate!

Osteria Il Norcino

24/07/2024: Great food and service, I had an amazing risotto and a super delicious locally farmed entrecôte with spinach. The location on a busy street is deceptive, you can have a great meal here with a great atmosphere and outstanding hosts.
