Had a really good meal with really friendly and knowledgeable staff! A super compliment to Alessandro

Wandering around Burano and it was a lovely day so we thought we’d have lunch sat outside in the sun. The waiter asked ‘inside or outside’ and we said outside. There was a table for three laid up in the sun so we asked if we could sit there. Apparently not as we were only two people and there were three tables for two in the shade so we were directed to one of them. Just as we sat down another couple asked to sit at the table for three and were given it - despite two shaded tables still being free. There was plenty of choice on the menu - I had Bresaola, rocket and Parmesan and my husband had a seafood linguine. Food was delivered quickly and was tasty. Waiter was a bit grumpy throughout our visit and everything seemed to be too much trouble for him which made us feel a bit uncomfortable asking for anything. Inside is really large and the decor is lovely. Lots of old photographs on the walls. Plenty of staff milling about too.

A very special 'piece of Italy'.... ambience, atmosphere, friendly and competent service, dishes to the point, good wines... Not cheap, but inexpensive in the truest sense of the word... a place to relax and feel good. You can eat more expensively and worse in Venice - but hardly better! Thank you for our long-lasting smiles through your art.

Came here for the restaurant’s rich history, especially amongst famous artist’s, and it’s famous risotto. Was a bit apprehensive at first / scared it would be a ‘tourist’ spot but was pleasantly surprised by the amazing service, the delicious food and wonderful ambiance. Delicious food, clean and dynamic restaurant, and most importantly great staff. Thank you for a wonderful time at Burano! A must for anyone visiting!

A very smiling and warm welcome followed by a suggestion for the choice of dish and our taste buds were awakened by the best restaurant of our stay! I highly recommend it for connoisseurs of good food. Thank you for this culinary journey.

This is our 2nd visit to Da’ Romano’s in a week because it’s that wonderful in every way! It hits all the correct notes of a great Trattoria, service, atmosphere, and most of all the food❤️ It’s not just good, it’s absolutely outstanding! I can honestly say we’ve been to another Trattoria on Burano that’s very good, and highly rated, that actually has a Michelin ⭐️ but to us, it’s not as not as warm and friendly as Da’ Romano’s and the cuisine and service from Alassandro and Giacomo is absolutely incredible❤️ From the food suggestions to the wine pairings, these two gentlemen are part of what makes Da’ Romano’s a must Trattoria to visit if your in Venice or anywhere near Burano! Please tell them Bill & Joanne from Alaska recommended them❤️ You won’t regret the long trip to Burano to enjoy some of the best food in all of Italy🇮🇹😋
