Excellent lunch, excellent location.
The service is missing a star only because a waitress was rude and annoyed when I politely reminded her, during dessert service, that "All that's missing is a glass of Aleatico," and that's not something you do, especially when it's not a reminder but simply a polite note.
However, this small, tiny flaw doesn't change the facts: the "Fantasia di Giggetto," the "Bis di primi," and the dessert were excellent, as were the accompanying wine and the Aleatico to finish, and the service, with the sole exception of what was mentioned.
I would and will definitely return to this beautiful location.

What can I say? Everything was perfect: the location, the service, the food. I'm celiac, and the chef, who is also celiac, made me feel at ease. We were greeted warmly, and the son who served us was kind and pleasant. I had a special mixed fish appetizer and the fried lake fish, which was exceptional. Highly recommended.

La Trattoria da Giggetto a Gradoli, con affaccio diretto sul Lago di Bolsena, è veramente un posto da provare. Innanzitutto l'ubicazione, proprio sulle rive del lago, poi per il cibo, buono, con specialità pesce di mare e di lago, il servizio sempre gradevole e mai invadente, e tutto sommato anche per il rapporto qualità prezzo. Si mangia bene, si spende tutto sommato il giusto. Anche se, volendo trovare un appunto da fare, direi che le porzioni, per alcune pietanze, erano veramente piccole. Bione ma piccole.

Il locale è estremamente piacevole affacciato come è a pochi metri dal lago in una quiete assoluta La sala ben arredata con tavoli distanziati e comode sedute. I piatti offerti sono basati sia sul pescato di lago, persico e coregone essenzialmente, che di mare ma non mancano tradizionali piatti di carne e primi vari. Noi abbiamo ordinato antipasti misti, primi e secondi di pesce. Tutto discreto e più che accettabile ma nulla di particolarmente notevole. Insomma un posto piacevolissimo dove consumare un onesto pranzo senza voli pindarici. Prezzi normali e servizio cortese.
