Quiet country hide away. Room & bath were fine. Food was great & we didn't need to search Parma for s good restaurant.

I had lunch at Franco's with a group of 12 rowdy friends... Kind, helpful and patient staff. Franco in the kitchen is number 1 Salami and torta fritta to die for! First courses of homemade pasta exceptional, duck wow!! There was also a misunderstanding about the wine chosen (we ordered a Montecucco for €18 and they brought us the Riserva for €30, once we did the bill and pointed it out they charged us the €18) Rare gesture vote dieshi Marco

An excellent interlude in Parma

Had a great lunch, vast assortment of first and second courses. Charcuterie appetizer (very good salami) and delicious fried pie. Very good cappelletti with culatello sauce Delicious roast duck

Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante molto carino a Parma, di ritorno dalla fiera, qualità prezzo ottimo. Le porzioni dei primi non sono abbondanti come siamo abituati noi ma comunque tutto era buonissimo soprattutto i cappelletti in brodo e la torta fritta.

Spettacolare, prodotti straordinari tutto buonissimo servizio eccellente da tornarci al.piu presto torta fritta top salumi eccezionali primi piatti buonissimi tutto perfetto vino della casa ottimo

As a family we wanted to try this restaurant We were pleasantly surprised by the very welcoming and clean place The staff was very prepared and above all kind Speaking of the food, there were zero waiting times, we ate a cold cut appetizer with fried cake and cold cuts with tastings of really excellent cheeses (compliments for the cold cuts and the choice of the cake in small pieces because it was very pleasant and not very greasy) the first courses were tortelli with abundant herbs and with a very soft and pleasant filling on the palate, cappelletti in broth and tagliatelle with sausage ragù, really excellent, the only slightly negative note was the cappelletti broth that had a not very strong taste and the sauce (which in my opinion) I would have cooked for a few more minutes Moving on to the second course, something unimaginable, really excellent veal tip, ossobuco and duck, I would have said that there was something wrong but the empty plates spoke for themselves In a few words, THANKS to the Da Franco restaurant for the experience it gave us
