Trattoria da Franco è un angolo di autenticità che riesce a conquistare con la sua atmosfera accogliente e familiare. L’ambiente, semplice ma curato, crea subito una sensazione di calore, come se si fosse a casa. Il personale è attento e cordiale, sempre pronto a suggerire il meglio del menù con un sorriso sincero. Ogni piatto racconta una storia di passione per la cucina tradizionale, preparato con ingredienti freschi e di alta qualità. L'armonia dei sapori e la cura nei dettagli fanno di ogni portata una piccola esperienza gastronomica da non dimenticare. Trattoria senza troppi fronzoli, semplice e accogliente, leggermente fuori mano, nei pressi delle Fiere di Parma. Torta fritta squisita e leggera, salumi buonissimi e di ottima qualità. Primi e secondi deliziosi e tipici della cucina parmigiana, cucinati davvero bene. Nel complesso un'ottima esperienza. Un'unica pecca, il servizio un pochino lento, ma se siete in buona compagnia il tempo passa😊😊😉.

We recently stayed and the place is very welcoming and pito. Franco and his family are very friendly and they offered us a delicious liqueur made with wild berries from the area. The menu is excellent. To be recommended!

Dinner with friends on the evening of November 1st. A place in the countryside, we knew it, a no-frills and slightly outdated dining room. Friendly service, the arrival of the dishes was a little slow but we were in no hurry. Tried excellent low-fat ravioli, gnocchi alla boscaiola, ossobuco with peas, pork cheek, strips of beef with balsamic vinegar in a basket of parmesan, all very good as were the desserts. Moderate prices. House Lambrusco. A choice that is not "glamorous" but of valid substance.

Excellent location to reach the Parma Fair in a few minutes. Immersed in the countryside it offers silence and tranquility. In my opinion, the restaurant is of quality and offers delicious traditional local dishes. The guest house is simple but functional. The only negative for me was the strong cigarette smell that permeated the room. The simple and essential breakfast does not include gluten and lactose free products. I like to go there every year for the fair.
