Discovered by chance for a business lunch, it feels like stepping back in time, a place where you eat excellently and spend a fair amount, where they focus on substance rather than form. A special mention for the tongue with green sauce!!! Highly recommended!!

Excellent traditional Piedmontese dishes, generous portions, and fair prices. The panissa is a must-try. A great place to break up the journey between Turin and Milan, in a quiet setting just off the highway.

A trattoria in a quiet hamlet of Carisio. It's amazing for its traditional dishes like panissa, stewed snails, and frogs. The atmosphere is very welcoming and homey. The decor is reminiscent of a country house. Highly recommended!

I discovered it by chance and it's a fantastic place. The staff are incredibly friendly, the atmosphere is quaint, clean and tidy, the food is simple and tasty, and everything is prepared with the kindness of a family. Great place ❤️
