Tortelli with herbs have a strong flavour but the guinea fowl stuffed with cured meats is dry and too tasty

We found this place by chance during our Lazio trip to Parma...excellent food and great service...so much so that we'll get a season ticket!!! The price was also very reasonable considering the quality of the food.

A trattoria where you can enjoy excellent local food. Everything is delicious and high-quality: from the torta fritta with cured meats (the prosciutto is amazing) to the cappelletti, better served in broth than with ragù. The desserts are homemade, and the appearance speaks for itself, but they're perfect for this type of place. Service is fast and friendly. The manager is very friendly.

In Parma, number one. For the food and the relative quantity, the service, and the atmosphere, everything is great.

Excellent! We recommend the tagliatelle with ragù, the risotto with parmigiana, and the tortelli di su zucca. For starters, you can't miss the torta fritta with salumi and the tiramisu—very good!

A truly luxurious experience. I found this trattoria online and knew I had to go. From the moment you arrive, you know it's going to be a unique and authentic experience. It's a real pleasure to be able to walk in and enjoy a delicious plate of traditional Italian pasta in such an old and renowned trattoria, with so many years of experience behind it. I recommend it to anyone visiting Parma. A must-visit. I ordered a torta fritta (which comes with five giant ones) and a tris di tortelli, which was delicious. To accompany it, a glass of red wine from Parma, one of the best I've ever tasted (Rosso Coli di Parma). Something I didn't particularly like was the service from the waiters. I had to ask two different waiters what the house specialty was because they didn't want to talk, and when they did answer, they weren't very enthusiastic. I understand it can be exhausting, but the least one can expect is a smile and an answer to a simple question. Beyond that, they were very quick to bring me the food, as well as trying to find me a place to eat quickly. Very good experience!

One of my favorite restaurants in Parma. I always recommend it to every friend and/or acquaintance. I've never been disappointed. Excellent food, a warm atmosphere, and good service. If you want to eat local, this is the place for you. Recommended
