Trattoria Chicchirichi In Castelmola

My friends and I had dinner at this restaurant one evening on the terrace, which has a breathtaking view of Taormina and Castelmola. The food was delicious. What's more, everything is homemade! The owner was lovely, very funny, and incredibly attentive. It was a bit chilly, and he lent us some blankets. I highly recommend it!

The BEST restaurant in Sicily!!!!! This was without question one of the most incredible restaurant experiences I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. The restaurant itself is stunning, with beautiful decor and breathtaking mountain views that make the setting feel truly special. We were welcomed with drinks, and then the food just kept coming....What followed was a 12-course feast, and somehow every course was better than the last. The seafood was the freshest we've ever had, and dishes that I normally wouldn't choose were absolutely phenomenal. Everything was prepared with so much care, and every plate felt like a celebration of incredible local food!!! By the end, we actually had to ask them to stop bringing food because we were so full! The generosity and hospitality were unlike anything we've experienced. Alberto and his wife (the chef!!!) are two of the sweetest, most welcoming, and genuinely kind people we've ever met. Their passion, warmth, and attention to every detail made this meal unforgettable. This wasn't just dinner—it was an experience we'll be talking about for years. If you're anywhere near the area, this is an absolute MUST-visit. 10/10 doesn't even do it justice.

We were there 10 years ago. It was the best memory we had in Sicily. We came back. Their business model has changed a bit but the food is still fantastic. Great hospitality and wonderful location. Thank you again for making our trip so special. You are the best restaurant in Sicily.
